They are mostly the same, except for the Institute ending. Go for the one that gives you the coolest stuff. The BoS.

1 AntwortenInstitute is best imo. They make cool stuff so the people in the commonwealth can eventually go back to living normally, but their invetions sometimes tend to go... sentient... Railroad suck. BoS are decent, but kinda feel power hungry, could be wrong, but we can only speculate what happens after the ending(s) so I could be wrong.
