High Road Soldier Scout Rifle has OMG ROLLS!
Level 28 poe dropped me a high road soldier from year 1 yesterday and I want to explain why this can be the best scout rifle in the game with the rarest rolls for a scout rifle.
#1 Can be re-rolled as much as you want at gunsmith
#2 Mida multi tool arch type
#3 Can roll full auto or litc in first column. Braced frame, high cal rounds or explosive rounds in 2nd column. Crowd control, hidden hand or firefly in last column.
Think about these combination of perks on a mida type scout! It also drops with oas sight! Imagine full auto with hc rnds or explosive rnds and crowd control! Or Luck in the chamber, braced frame and crowd control (these are the rolls im trying to get). I wish I had 2 of these scouts so I can spec one for each of these rolls!! Currently Im sticking with Oas, litc, explosive rounds and crowd control and gonna run it through the mill tonight and see how she does. The base stability is not bad at all without a stable perk at 52 and is very manageable. The damage potential is insane for this scout! 76 to head with litc (more than jade rabbit) and if crowd control procs...ha forget about it!!! Scouts just dont roll like this anymore without give or take and its because these perk combos are deemed OP!! Lmk if you have this scout and what you think of it?

LiTC is kind of useless on that archetype but you can get those rolls on a number of scouts really

3 AntwortenI like my hung jury. It has excellent range, so I can take out pesky snipers, but enough stability and impact for shorter range. I use to have one called Gideons demise from y1 banner with similar stats. I have been crushing people with it in supremacy, so it can't be too bad. XD

1 AntwortenI've got three that will blow your socks off. The Wounded with explosive rounds/full auto, perfect balance and crowd control. Cryptic dragon with reactive reload, hcr and crowd control. This one you first proc cc, then reload to get reactive, while you have reactive proc'd you get a kill to proc cc to finish of your mag of 19 or until you get another kill to repeat the process. Hand of judgment with third eye, perfect balance and hcr. 71 to the head is a 3 tapper from across the map. I don't have to come out of ADS because of 3rd eye and hcr allows me to challenge snipers trying to camp sniper lanes.

5 AntwortenMy friend if your looking for a legendary MIDA weapon the distant star and/or the Angels advocate are much better. The old vendor angels advocate was basically perfect with a nice scope and outlaw or take a knee, explosive rounds, and reactive reload. The vendor distant right now is perfect as well with perfect balance or hand laid stock, full auto or high cal, and hidden hand to reach MIDA aim assist levels. Trust me these are eons better. Also LiTC on a scout?!???! Dude no, just no.

3 Antworteneh. don't know how much of this i could do. am completely bored. so i ran the POE28 six times this morning. Aegis of Kell - pulse 6 dreg pride - hand cannon Wolves Bane - machine gun Techeon Force - fusion her benevolence - sniper dry rot - shotgun did not get a single engram. after about the 3rd game i was completely bored out of my mind.
