Anyone else a bit, underwhelmed?
Sure parts looked cool.
I would have liked more than 4 planets.
Only 3 supers? Destiny one started with 6 and ended up at 9.
I was a bit worried as well, he said destiny 2 has a brand new strike. Singular.
I'll give it more time, but this felt like a destiny 1 expansion.

Underwhelmed, no. I wasn't expecting anything more than they showed since it's a reveal presentation, not a full blown look at the new game, that will most likely come next month at E3. Bittersweet, yes. I am happy to see more focus on story and quality of life stuff, but sad to leave behind all the stuff I got attached to in Destiny 1, like all the planets, the tower, and my special armors and weapons that have been by my side since launch

1 AntwortenI know, right ??!!! It felt like it didn't bring anything new to be called a sequel. So Adventures are just looking for ghosts now?! Thats what I fear. The sound cool, but a few long corridors do not an adventure make. Is this still rated a Teen game? Also the cut scenes need to be great, story wise, more substance and less flash. Nothing in the way the story is told seems to be there. Ai still talking at you. Master Chief had more lines than our guardians. If your going to have AI in combat situations it needs to be helpful. Not suicidal. I don't know. Looks like the same crap with a fresh coat of paint slapped on it. Still go Cabal, still got Vex, Still got Earth. I'm not convinced, but if the beta is just what we saw in the live stream, then I may as well cancel my pre order, and wait till the collection goes on sale in Y2/Y3 again.

How many expansion packs are included in the season pass? How many season pass's will there be? Is their any exclusive's for the PlayStation? Xbox? Or PC? On the PC is it a Windows PlayAnywhere title? Is it a Windows Store App? Is it 64bit? Please answer...

Yep. Specially the clan tied activities games with guide thingy. I wanted proper matchmaking. It still feels as we are going to be left out of stuff again. The way they went at it wont resolve the problem. People most likely wont allow complete strangers to join stuff if they dont got X iten, dont have 400+ hours, etc, and ridiculous crap like that. it's still a mess.

Looking at the Destiny 2 reveal, I can honestly say that the vanilla Destiny and each one of the DLC's looked better. The graphics look more cartoon like. 4v4 for ALL crucible modes, a terrible idea (I love 6v6 clash). I love the idea of in game clan support but Guided Games looks like a total compromise. Optional Matchmaking Lite. You can match with two players in a clan to do a nightfall but you can't match with with two other solo players to do the same nightfall. We have only seen a few clips so I'm not giving up hope. I will wait until the first YouTube reviews come in and for the first reactions from the community after playing the beta, but at the moment not hyped at all.

I do not want snipers to be power weapons. Or if they stay in this 1 shot body power weapon, I want a 1 shot headshot secondary

I would rather Bungie just add the planets to Destiny 1. The framerate is the same, looks the same, subclasses are same-ish, weaponry is similar.

Now remember, It was supposed to come out last year, but it was delayed...just like destiny. Don't be surprise if you encounter some déjà vu if you buy....You will get a -blam!-ing tone of it. Beej is a trolling bitch, but knows bullshit when he sees it. Not going too go" oh, looks like a pile of chocolate on the floor, on and bungies name is on it mmmm". Very Underwhelmed, Watch you guys will see "...Destiny felt better than Destiny 2" post.

1 AntwortenI'm hoping that we only saw a small portion of what D2 has to offer. What I saw looked very cool. As long as that's just the tip of the iceberg I'll be cool with it. In particular I'm hoping for: @ least 3 subclasses per class More than just 4 destinations More weapon types (the grenade launcher was cool though) More abilities than we had in D1. Not just new ones, but more options to choose from as well. Movement abilities in particular are something I'd like to see more of

The 3 supers are cool, the story looks better, and they have made some things easier like having a public event timer and not going to orbit. My only real concern is the guided games thing. I wanted matchmaking. This system, if I understand it correctly isn't going to solve anything. I need to do a bit more research though because even after watching that part a couple of times, I'm still not fully understanding it.
