Sure parts looked cool.
I would have liked more than 4 planets.
Only 3 supers? Destiny one started with 6 and ended up at 9.
I was a bit worried as well, he said destiny 2 has a brand new strike. Singular.
I'll give it more time, but this felt like a destiny 1 expansion.

2 AntwortenDestiny 1 released with 4 planets. Nobody bitched about it then. I'm sure more spaces will be added in the DLC's as is the Destiny way.
-
1 AntwortenUnderwhelmed, overwhelmed, Why isn't anybody just whelmed.😂
-
The strike bit worrried me, too. I was underwhelmed, because none of the wuestions I wanted answers to got any. No mention of servers, balanacing or anything really interesting.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von System_Visions: 5/19/2017 1:01:33 PMI think they are bringing back a few subclasses, not sure though.
-
2 AntwortenWell one thing Bungie should have learned from D1 is that everyone loves surprises and finding new things. I doubt they showed everything.
-
1 AntwortenThere are significantly more than 4 planets, you misinterpreted. There are 12 subclasses now, the old ones were brought back and altered Dude. There is going to be more than one strike, tf are you talking about
-
3 AntwortenAll of the guns, exotics included, look bland. Not one of them made me excited to go after. Of course there are a ton that havent been shown, but i doubt any will be really powerful and fun

Bearbeitet von Fal Chavam: 5/19/2017 12:21:22 PMI think it was three new supers. As in, we may have 12 subclasses by the end of this. Though, I may wrong. Either way, I'm still loving all the other stuff that got piled in there.
-
How do you know we we showed everything?
-
1 AntwortenNOOOOOO. RIP self rez warlocks
-
God, people don't even listen to what he said with the strike thing. " we'll have one new strike for you to play today". Did you seriously think they'd release the game with one strike? Lol
-
2 AntwortenYou do realize there's a shit ton of content they aren't allowed to show us. They mentioned 1 strike, because that's the strike people at the event would be having hands on time with. Calm yourself.
-
I can tell you one think new sub from Hunter will be nerfed second will be titans and 3rd warlock no improvements take pvp out of pve
-
11 AntwortenWhat I don't understand is how can we not go to The Moon, Venus, or mars? Did we forget the location of them?
-
5 AntwortenThe game basically brings what D1 should've brought right from the start: - Clan support - Ingame LFG - A story (prettly flar one though) - more pvp modes other than "shoot shit" Nothing groundbreaking here. The questions are: How big are those new worlds? How well made is the raid? How unique are the live events? How challenging are the challenges? And far more interesting are these questions: Dedicated Servers? 60FPS? 60/60Hz Tickrate? PvP/PvE Separation in terms of changes? Same SBMM bullshit?

I enjoyed the reveal, however after watching pvp gameplay from various content creators I cant help but feel like this looks pre original Destiny. Let me explain, the abilities, weapons, weapon thumbnails, animations/sound design and skill trees are not as polished or as in depth and feel like its from an older game rather than newer compared to D1. For eg, the sound of the hunters jump sounds like a shit jetpack burst from COD, the skill trees have cool new area but less customisation and not expanded on from D1 but rather, simplified. I understand its still early days but Meh it was just an observation I made. The only thing that feels like its from a a proper sequel is the dawnblade, it looks new and incredible. The Campaign is also looking fantastic. There is just something very watered down about the game (apart from the campaign). 4v4 only is a bad move too in my opinion, They need to offer a big team battle mode like 8v8 or more, this is 2017 its kind of a joke if they don't. No dedicated servers too is really upsetting, luke smith confirmed this in a fireteam chat interview.

3 AntwortenI highly doubt they showed us the full game there, and there's a chance we only saw around half. Bungie, or any developer with half a brain, never shows off their full game prerelease.
-
I'm sure Dlc will bring more fun later
-
5 AntwortenIf you want more planets go play No Man's Sky. All I want is the planets that the game provides to be full of fun stuff to do.
-
I watched the stream later last night and while it looked decent, for me, there's still not enough detail for me to preorder. The Cabal landing craft looked cool, I mean, who wouldn't want to arrive in a firery steel ball and the glimpse of the Dubious Volley looked good but how many fps, servers, matchmaking, etc. They could have had preorders coming out of their ears if they'd put more detail out. Overall I was disappointed.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von Dracuur: 5/19/2017 7:26:34 AMMaps of each planets are larger than any of the current maps, clearly shown in the reveal Screenshots of the skilltrees of other subclasses are about, so you're just plain wrong The singular strike the dev was referring to was for the people at the event to play Be quiet before you make yourself look like more of an idiot

Pve looks amazing but i'm not impressed with pvp at the minute, also they still used the same sensitivity menus as in D1, was really hoping for maybe a seperate look and ads sensitivity.

2 AntwortenIt was a nicely done video. Loved Destiny, that's why I invested >5000 hours in it before deleting it all, frustrated and fed up with P2P lag and nerfs! What was 'revealed' was unimportant to me, and even less impressive. I saw new clothes on the same old pig I pastured. A Dedicated Server announcement would have, single handed, gotten my attention/interest/money. Heard none! I could accept the habitual nerf spamming with DS! I have no interest in paying/playing new missions on an old P2P platform I abandoned from frustration.

We're still 2-3 months out. We didn't even know there were 6 subclasses this time 3 years ago(that long?)
-
I hope there is more than 3 classes
