Using LFG is frustrating for all of us. Casuals and MLG pros alike do not enjoy using a PC, phone or tablet to find teams for their console game... nonetheless we do. A way of spending less time on a LFG forum is to list as many specific requirements for your team as possible, in an effort to get like-minded players on your team. This has been done over the years in several ways. There are emblem, weapons, class, skill, education, k/d, completions... etc etc etc. What I am bringing to you now is absolutely the best way to double check if you have a competent team, after you have formed your team of 6 to attack the raid of your choice. When the team has been formed put your cursor over each guardian and hit triangle. After doing this you will be brought to their characters profile screen. Glance your eyes over at their primary and see if it is exotic. If it is do not panic JUST yet... see if it is one of those fancy new "adept weapons." If it is, hit circle (PS4 users of course) and go back to the screen where you can select that same player. Boot him from your team immediately. Now this can be done in 2 ways. You can either boot from party first then game, or vice versa. I prefer the ladder. I however would not recommend explaining yourself. It is a waste of your time, and the new teams time that you are responsible for. Boot that player without hesitation and do not ask why. These players that think adding an element to an already existing legendary raid makes it a better choice than oh say, any other exotic heavy, spindle, or malice situationally. This is a downright hindrance on most raid groups from LFG and I think we should shun them from our society entirely. Feel free to discuss. Please please bump and speak amongst yourselves in game and on forums to help raise awareness. It is not ok to use exotic adept weapons in raids. Repeat it to yourself, and repeat it to everyone you meet. Hell us fight the real fight guardians.
