Nationwide Internet issues across Canada for the past 21hrs making it next to impossible for players to log-in to Destiny.
No big deal, shit happens. Not Bungie's fault.
What causes me to shake my head and ultimately write this post is the FACT that this company can't be bothered to even acknowledge this issue, cannot be bothered to even post information on the bungie.net forum so affected players know that this issue has been identified?
Instead a "volunteer" moderator on behalf of Bungie responds by telling everyone to clean their cache.
Perhaps somebody at Bungie might want to use this as an example to better improve internal communication to the player base.
It doesn't take much to show you actually give a shit about your player base.
Actions speak louder than words.

3 AntwortenSince when have they been responsible for telling people some country's internet service and not their own service is down? When they announce service outages, it's because it's directly related to them. When PS or Xbox servers go down, they announce it because it affects their service. Canada's internet going down doesn't affect their service, it's your service provider that is affecting your service to the internet in general.

This is it. This is Bungie's entire customer service support center. A handful of volunteers to copy+paste "it's not our connection, it's yours. Contact your ISP and/or Sony/MS" up to 3 times a week.
