14 AntwortenBearbeitet von blade329: 3/17/2017 9:45:58 PMI have a tough time understanding the appeal of Bernie Sanders. The college crowd just want free education. Not exactly the most empathetic to their fellow man, by any means. Bernie is such a marshmallow, he got bullied off a stage of his own rally by rabid BLM members. He gave them his podium and walked away from the rally. How would a wimp like that deal with Russia, China, ISIS, North Korea, etc?

1 AntwortenThe real question isnt whether or not he pays the same percentage of taxes as Trump or whether or not he makes the same as Trump. The real question is does he pay more than he is forced to? Based off of the documentation ive seen he pays the bare minimum he has to and does not pay more. There is nothing stopping him from paying more taxes each year than is required. There is nothing forcing him to take deductions to reduce his taxes. If the man practiced what he preached by paying more than the bare minimum i might take him seriously even if i disagreed. And all those advocating for higher taxes not one of you would pay more than the minimum you are forced to pay and refuse deductions that save you money. So why then do you want to force others to pay when you yourself do not practice what you preach.

29 Antworten"The top 1% don't pay their fair share" yeah you're right Bernie, you're top 1% and didn't pay YOUR fair share lmao

6 AntwortenSo you're telling that Donald Trump paid 25% of his taxable income? 25% puts him at the "75,300-151,900" tax bracket. That's intense, according to tax brackets, he paid 38 million dollars in taxes which means 38 million is 25% of, at the most, $151,900. For those who don't understand, let's break this down into fractions. According to this information given and how tax brackets work. 1/4 = $38,000,000/$151,900 Don't believe everything you see on the internet because this shit doesnt add up.

2 AntwortenI find it amazing how some tax returns from 2005 magically get found, and magically show Trump paying millions in taxes, right after he is taking heat for "Obama tapped my phones" bullshit he spewed, and countless other nonsense. Smokescreen. Someone better get a YouTube video up analyzing them tax returns like they tried with Obamas birth certificate.

Somebody finally beat Geraldo Rivera's record for biggest embarrassment on live TV. Congratulations Rachel Maddow.

I'm liberal, and I assure you, some people on our side of the aisle hate Bernie too.

Bernie Sanders is a prick. He's an idiot and even the democrats realized his policies were -blam!-ing stupid. And being for the little man? He's not a little man. He has three -blam!-ing houses. I don't know anyone personally with 3 houses.

Proof? I'd happily read it, and maybe it would change my opinion of him.

28 AntwortenConsidering the difference in incomes, I see no issue. Also, unless you're gonna compare deductions, you have no point.

You all do realize the one wasn't to see what he was paying, right? All presidents have offered up their tax records as evidence to where they have gained their money from. The point is to see if the president could be "in the pocket" if a foreign country. Just because the vocal morons said it was a money issue doesn't mean it was. Not that I really cared whether or not he did. Either way though 2005 is a bit outdated, right? I made $0 in 2005, now a bit more. If a few years make a difference for my broke ass, I'm sure for assets have changed.
