Crucible is dead
There is no incentive to play it. Either you're the team getting off on your full fireteam sweat stomping the randoms or you are the randoms paired with people who scatter everywhere and get picked apart. Mercy rule means nothing and "we're breaking up those teams" means nothing... You will still be match made with the same people. I'm not grinding out Shax bounties to get shitty rewards. Boring af.

I'm making a statement about how shitty the crucible is. I miss how it was before. Just because I'm not "grinding out" Shax bounties doesn't mean I'm not going to play anymore , I'm just simply in no hurry to play as much as I used too. Not having anyone to team up and play with is kinda boring. If you have any communities or clans that seem to have fun then recommend them to me. Cheers guardians.

Shax bounties take a lot of effort and it sucks when the reward is an exotic. Three of coins is way easier and less lag.

I only see fireteams of 2, but then they still put all fireteams together. Oh well . . .

2 AntwortenI literally just made a post about my disgust with the P2P servers, but really that branches into the Crucible as a whole. The matchmaking, connection, weapons, etc...everything is just so bonkers. I love the way Destiny plays and I loved the PvP in Year 1. With a dwindling player base, the connections are awful. I really hope Bungie will implement dedicated servers in D2 and learn from their clusterfk of a mess that is Crucible now. To me, the definition of competitive is based in the idea that everyone starts on an equal playing field and only their skill/dedication should alter the outcome. If you worked for a good weapon/roll that someone else didn't, then go ahead and use it. But, dying to shots through walls, invisible fusion/sticky nades, and all the other annoyances that latency causes...just unacceptable to call it competitive. Especially from a huge developer like Bungie.

Im in the southeast US. Played a game of control this afternoon. Half the opposing team red bars from Spain and Latin American. Seriously?? Unbelievable.

21 AntwortenHow id fix the crucible 1. Give NLB flinch 2. Revert all of the nerfs on high rate of fire pulses. 3. Revert the flinch nerf to all pulse rifles I miss my Waltz, Clever Dragon and Grasp being good lol

I did the Shaxx Bounty which of course was control and my team was always the worst. They couldn't hold more than one zone for a single game. When I did finally complete the Bounty, I did get Super Good Advice, which I didn't have before. But it was a really boring grind.

Not to mention it takes forever to find a match. Unless of course its one already in progress ughhh!

Doesn't matter when I play. Most matches have 6/12 red bars minimum... Most I've seen was 10/12 and everyone was skipping across the screen and I'd die from someone who wasn't even in the same area as me and it'd say "killed by shotgun" when the dude is on the other side of Widows Court.. like wtf!?

The scatter everywhere part of the sentence is completely true. Prettu sad when Shaxx himself tells you to stuck by your team and you don't leave the spawn or help team shoot.
