Now that Bungie has decided to undo the Blink recovery increase seems more than a bit redundant. I don't think that the Astrocyte Verse was too well sought after before now, but it will certainly be even less helpful now that it's not as critical. So should Bungie change the effects on this Warlock helmet? Or do people think it'll be even more useful now, that the recovery will be really strong and really useful, possibly OP?
