Because Hunters complained about Ophidian Aspects, but it backfired on them.

Ophidians have quickdraw, speed reload & enhanced energy drain on top of that. Quickdraw getting nerfed affects hunters much more than voidwalkers or warlocks in general

Except it's the only perk for warlocks, other than surge which helps the weapon and not abilities

Yep, it gives the Hunger, QuickDraw, reload perks on all weapons, further grenade reach and faster melees. It's so cheesy and bloated. And I love it.

Regardless of what you think anyone used it for, it's fact it has more uses. Bungie was after quickdraw being one of the last good prks in the bladedancer tree, by extension that included the quickdraw on ophidians. It was done the same way they were after hungering blade, then by extension they changed other health regen perks.

Same perk, same nerf. Happened when twilight was nerfed the same way shade step was nerfed.

Twilight is fundamentally just an evade, the same as shadestep. Ophidians are much better than just quickdraw though, that isn't a comparison that really makes sense.

They only touched the quick draw perk and both were hit the same.

Quickdraw isn't all you get with ophidians, for bladedancers though it is.

I'm quite certain Bungie nerfed it because warlocks weren't using much else. Besides wasn't it agreed upon that Bungie doesn't listen to the community? That would mean Hunters didn't have much to do with the decision, because if they did than Blade would have been buffed along with Throwing knives and tripmines.

Excuise me. I'm a hunter and I think that those gauntlets are fine. In fact I think they are really cool! Wish I had them.

I'm pretty sure bladedance QuickDraw didn't get nerfed because the aspects did and I don't think the aspects got nerfed because of hunters complaining.
