Shoulder charge is the new shotgun.
Please stop. Just stop.
You nerf every hunter and warlock super, then you barely touch the Titans super...
Why would you give shoulder charge a buff???
Now all kids do is run around shoulder charging the entire match. Because they know they can't get shotgun bed anymore.
Alternative to fix shoulder charge, is to make it take longer to run before it activates.
Let the salt reign in!

I see you're thirsty AF, so here's my cup of water: the blanket nerf hit defender titan's bubble, and the regen perk on all three Titan subclasses. But you don't "Titan" at all so I wouldn't expect you to know that. And to reiterate what plenty of other responders have said; if you can't counter shoulder charge, maybe Titans aren't the problem.

Try to get a kill with shoulder charge without dying yourself in the process. The animation is so slow when shoulder charging you're a sitting duck actually.

They already implemented the nerf you suggested. The reason it is buffed was because jug was nerfed. It's a little give and take.
