During Teawrex's Bungie bounty (last game) I found him in my lobby, ecstatic hopefully this would be a good game.
Unfortunately this wasn't the case, a friend of mine (who's name I won't disclose) kept on trying to join me from the Xbox UI. This constant attempt to join is what I believe to have kicked me back to orbit and forced me to join his game.
It's unfortunate it had to end like this, after weeks of searching, but here is he advice.
APPEAR OFFLINE WHILE ATTEMPTING THE BUNGIE BOUNTY this will most likely help you not to return to orbit while in a match.
Those quits you see during the bounties aren't probably rage quits.
As always

GG Bungie.
Edit:
I understand there is bitterness in the post, because I wrote it about 10 minutes after I got booted to orbit, so the bitterness translated into the post.
I don't know if this is Bungie's fault or Xbox's system. But pointing the blame at Bungie seems to garner some attention, and it worked.
I'm not looking for any form of sympathy, I'm just an unfortunate player, just as player who got kicked during a lighthouse game.
But hopefully this is fixed for Destiny 2. As I've given up hope for certain bugs to be fixed in Destiny 1.

Bearbeitet von Navi: 2/3/2017 3:27:29 AMYou got in another bounty lobby? I have tried all of them (on Xbox) and no luck >_>

Eh, emblem for killing a streamer. You should pass on that anyway.. Not to be a dick 😕
-
The emblem is ugly anyways, Now thats not so "Great" Is it? You will be fine

4 AntwortenJust curious, why didn't you tell your friend to stop trying to join, you're in a match. Also, you could have easily set your fireteam to closed beforehand
-
I haven't played for a while now, but am on ps and this has never happened to me.
-
Similar things happen to me when I get multiply trials messages & invite. Appearing offline helped me a ton.
-
Is your friends name pong Lenis? Or Barry? Is your friends name sausagesam?

11 AntwortenWhy is everyone throwing shit at this dude? The one guy on here that religiously try's to help this silly "community?" He never said anything about blaming bungie if any of the accusers can coherently read. It looks like simple advise to appear offline if you get into a bounty match that you would like to win. Screw these guys Nike. I am a troll on these forums as well, because it's fun to do. It's not fun to screw with the helpful guys though.
-
Ya know I have no idea what actually caused that. I've been invited to a fire team and I took over the team once I accepted.
-
You have got to be one of the most balanced people on the planet if this is your equivalent of a rage post. Maslow would be proud. Sorry about your luck though.

9 AntwortenBlame your friend not bungie Also, grow a pair. It's just an emblem
-
10 AntwortenIts bungies fault you're too stupid to set your fireteam to closed
-
2 AntwortenI was wondering how long it would take you to start getting frustrated with Destiny lol I think it's an Xbox one issue. I never had this problem on 360, & my friend never had it happen on his ps4, but it happens to me at least once a week on the one.
-
I feel bad for you brother :\
-
I think I'd be more pissed at my friend trying to join?
-
2 AntwortenYes yes yes. Blame Bungie for Xbox having a shitty UI. What's the nightfall.
-
1 AntwortenDang dude that blows. Bungie should let you host a bungo bounty what with all the helpful posts you make. Better luck next time homie

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von KING LEBRONDO: 1/31/2017 1:25:38 PMThe real story: Nike spams bungie bounty host for hours with invites, gets invited. He immediately tells his only 3 friends to join him, game crashes Resumes job as splooge mopper
-
2 AntwortenBOIIII I WANT THAT EMBLEM
-
3 AntwortenAppearing offline is smart. You could set the fireteam setting to closed as soon as you get in as well in case someone notices you.

7 AntwortenYou tried to boost your buddy into the game, and you got wrecked for it. Well deserved kick if you ask me. Maybe you shouldn't allow leeches to be your friends.
-
u better unfriend him
-
Its just an emblem bud. You'll be alright :)

2 AntwortenI've tried brute-forcing a similar result with my PS4 and PS4pro, but can't get it to happen. How quickly does the xbox UI react for you? I know for some people it can be quite clunky. Is it possible you missed an invitation popup, and accidently accepted it while spamming the jump button? Your recording is too short to tell, since it usually takes a good two or three seconds before reinstancing occurs, so might have happened beforehand.
