The amount of players I've 'been through' with this game is getting stupid... I've made some great friends only to have lost them a year later.
Then made more friends, we beat Raids together, played Crucible together then lost them too!
I'm here, Beta vet (I was away for the Alpha, such a scrub right?) yet haven't found 1 lasting player here.
Why y'all quittin pussies??? Oh no! Clever Dragon/Matador META got you making 'I quit' posts? Pussy!
Trials is too hard? I know, why don't you make an 'I quit' post, pussy!
Can't beat the Raid, I'm done! Quit pussy!!!!
In the imortal words of Scorpion..... Day 1 dedicated players, GET OVER HERE!

8 AntwortenBearbeitet von Mr JJ Rogers: 1/25/2017 2:56:09 PMHow are you still playing? It is like eating the same popcorn flavor everyday for two years straight. The once tasty snake is now boring and lackluster. The Popcorn comptrues to mix it up a bit by giving the popcorn different "flavors", but the changes end up just being food coloring and a little bit extra salt or butter. You still eat the popcorn though, for some unknown reason you still enjoy it even with the dozens of much more tasteful and enjoyable popcorn flavors just waiting for you to eat them. Destiny is a dead thing made by a dead company in the shape of boredom. All it will ever do is bore. You do not belong here. This is a place of boredom. Go outside, take part in some sports or anything productive. Play other games that are 10x better than Destiny. You may say "I like the shooting mechanics."; surprisingly enough there are plenty of other much more superior shooters out there. I recommend Titanfall 2. Destiny is dead, let it sleep until the witch doctor Bungie brings it back to life in the sequel.

1 AntwortenDestiny is such an amazing game, (I do like almost every game I play tho...) I'll never stop. When D2 comes out I'm buying it immediately along with every dlc that comes out.
Is that bad?
-
Me probably, it has its hooks deep!
-
Depends. If they have any pacing in terms of content in the next game ima stay. If it's the same old shit all over again, bye-bye 🤗
-
I use to love the game, until bungie forced me to play it's terrible pvp for quests, then they removed elemental primaries, just a few examples on how bungie takes the fun out of the game. Games no fun, don't miss it.
-
Ya know. I thought id still be playing this game. But when you take a step back its really just a shell of its former self. And that is bad. I dont even miss playing. Its just flat out dry, boring, dull.
-
Started at the beginning of year 2 and haven't been able to get away from it! I've bought 7 other games in the last year and I keep finding my way back to Destiny. Even with all of its flaws I like this game too much.
-
Why do I get the feeling I'll be dead when destiny is finally everything we want it to be.
-
Yup. 200 characters and around 12 psn ACC's later n I'm still here :))
-
its called better games coming out during destiny's dry months plus bungie and activison don't help being silent months on end
-
ill come back and main it again eventually. i still play it but i get bored, fast.
-
4 AntwortenWhat's up with these ass kissing posts recently? You want a medal for throwing yourself under the Bungie bus? lmao
-
Look a place for people to brag about downloading a shitty version of a let down of a game! And still playing!!!!! You realize the only reason anyone has played that long is because the game has grabbed ahold of the pieces of you that gambling addiction possess. And it's speaking to it.

1 AntwortenWhy do people quit? Hmmm let's see.. the events are underwhelming, the micro-transactions are shitty, the dlc are overpriced and TTK literally saved the game. Bungie is so unresponsive that it usually takes months for them to "fix" something and that results in that weapon being nerfed to the ground and another one taking its place. The PvP is bad. The strikes are repetitive and all have the same focus, kill a guy but in a different place than you killed the other guy. The missions are just shit. The soundtrack is pretty -blam!-ing good. After 3 years the only true new things we've gotten are events, cosmetics and a place on Earth (aka the most boring planet). We've gotten reskinned enemies so many -blam!-ing times, reskinned weapons and armor so -blam!-ing much. Then look at Overwatch. They've had the same number of events in less than a year than Destiny has had in like a year and a half. Not to mention, they continue to add new maps, characters etc.

Bearbeitet von BRB-Rob: 1/25/2017 4:14:35 AMSmh. Your mom is the one with a pussy. Try respecting her sometime. Also. If people burn out from working the same monotonous grind for 2 years plus, that only means they are sane. How could you not be sick to death with this game after that long? I've quit the game twice to date, and probably for good this time. It just absolutely doesn't do it for me anymore.

Day one + beta The only time I've stopped playing was when I was in the hospital Yes I'm a noob /;-( Ed

60 AntwortenThis dude just insulted me on another thread regarding my flawless emblem. Lol It's funny how you can't keep friends. Let me school you, fan girl. People stopped playing because: 1. Crucible isn't balanced. You mock about the Clever Dragon and Matador like it's not a big deal. But it kind of is. Go to Google. Google the word "balance" and tell me what results you get. 2. You know other games have come out since September 2014 right? 3. Since you're on here crying that all your friends leave you, maybe it's a sign you're not worth playing with. 4. Do you expect people to waste their free time on the same content over and over? 5. Trials never was this sweaty. It's "harder" now because only the 1% play all weekend. Have you seen the dropping numbers in Trials reports? 6. Get a job so you can afford other games. 7. Maybe if you weren't such a douchebag, you'd have REAL LIFE friends to play this game with.
-
2 AntwortenI have been through all of the same things. I started playing about three weeks after the game launched. The crazy part is Crucible is actually more balanced than it has ever been but there is no more skill Gap. At least not much of one. Now you have very strong players who can go toe-to-toe with streamers, and you have above-average players who will get their ass handed to them by the elite but can also just obliterate new people. That makes the game very difficult for new players. It is funny though. Shotguns are weaker now than they ever have been in PvP and people are still complaining about them

I'm here until the end.
-
*Garth Algar voice* I like to play
-
How DARE you get sick of game that gets repetitive, and has a horrible, toxic community. You're a pussy for having other interests. Honestly, we should just purge all other games from the market, and that way we can only play this Last Gen game that has charged us over $200 in total, with reskinned enemies, and environments.

I'm in it for the long haul
