Or for people still between 390 and 400. They've been more reliable for me than crucible and nightfall (before this last change) drops.

TRUE. In recent days since the latest dlc, the drop rates are pitiful. No matter what you get in engrams they are worth only 365 or 385. The vanguards drop 390 and IF you get any drops from strikes, crucible, etc..... they are the same..... VERY Seldom are there any drops over 385. My three guardians are 399; I need leg armor and WTF good are 365, 385 and 390 drops doing me? NOW you; BUNGIE; cut out 3oC. You suck my nanna's hooch. At least with 3oC there was more of a chance of getting an exotic that may be used to infuse so I could 400 my guardians. NOW, there is crap to do in this game. SHAME on you AGAIN BUNGIEVISION!!

SRL seriously Legs have been a slower drop for me, but they are still dropping at 400. I have picked up eight 400 legs, solely from SRL.

Raid. You have more than enough ways to find a group. If you can't hit 400 that's your fault.

There's always someone like you that wants to take something and turn it into a pissing contest. If you have nothing that helps, stop posting. Post to me again and I will nerf YOU.

And if you don't get legs (or whatever you need) from the raid, then what? Sol until reset or maybe trials bounties or iron banner comes around? Or, dare I say, you don't have time for a raid during the week? Some people have super busy lives and can't waste an hour or two for a raid.

But you have an hour or more to run strikes to farm exotics from 3 of coins or enough time to get the coins to buy them? If you don't have time to grind or do anything this isn't the game for you. I recommend clash of clans. Set your stuff to build before you do whatever you consider super busy and it'll be done by the time you can play again.

Or you run a few strikes, maybe the 3 you get legendary marks from, each week, and maybe some patrol missions. I don't know. Just giving examples of why someone might not do a raid.

Mobile apps like clash of clans are jokes and totally worthless. And I'm not speaking personally, just thinking of some people I know and certain instances where they did exactly that: didn't have enough time consistently to get to raid levels so they moved on to some worthless mobile game imitation. Judging someone accurately, when you only know their profile name and stats and some forum posts, can't be done. So don't, because you don't know anything about the person posting.

Ive always liked scouts, especially the 3 tap ones, especially the last colavances duty that was sold.

I've only been really playing since taken king, and I've had ONE drop. Most engrams are either heavy weapons or legs. And the few primaries I do get usually end up as something lousy like mida or hard light. But jade rabbit is a great gun. 3 cross map head shots for the kill.

Go get it, boooiii!!! I've had several drop but for some reason scouts are my least favored weapon. So I've hardly used it.
