Petition for Xur to sell a Telesto
I still don't have one, after all this time.
Now, don't you go and say "hey Bungie, also have Xur sell x, I don't have that either."

Just use a 3oC before killing "ultra" enemies. Your first completion of the weekly NF per character is now the best way to aquire 3oC. Do you see what bungie did there?

My first Telesto was from KF Normal Mode. And I think I've gotten 2 more afterwards cuz RNGsus reeeeeally likes to give me specials
