That theory would make sense if it was one console, or one timeframe, or one geographic area, or one internet service. This is many people, many consoles, both generations, many places, many providers, having these issues. When we have that many external variables, but all having the same end result (Bungle not supplying us our paid for content) it's definitely an issue in Bungies end.

its kinda weird that not everyone is affected then isnt it? ive bought silver 3 times in quick succesiou over a week of time, before that i bought it during the festival and even at rise of irons launch...

But now I'm with the rap son assortment of many many people who have straight up been robbed of money without any silver and being ignored by Bungie on it. The act it's random and all over the place on who it decides to happen to is maddening. Almost as bad as Bungie basically ignoring the issue about it.
