Icebreaker Drops
So I've ran the nightfall with all 3 characters both weeks so far, outta curiosity how many people have received the Icebreaker from the Sunrise Bounty yet, and how long did it take you?

Got it from my 5th bounty. I guess I am lucky, I am the first of anyone I know to get it. My 3 bounties last week plus an extra 5 noghtfalls helping others. To be perfectly honest, I only wanted it for collection/completion. I used it a lot in year 1 but things are so different now. I have some legendary snipers that I really like so I don't see it becoming my go to like in year 1.

Finished two of Zavalas NF bounties ( only one character two different weeks) and received Icebreaker on my second bounty/week

Got it first bounty this week. Could not believe it!!! Guess RNGesus felt bad about the hawkmoon I didn't get all Y1... But sorry mate, that pain is still too deep... Too deep... Not sure if I can ever forgive you for that...

Done 6 sunrise got nothing yet. I don't care and haven't cared about it as y1 icebreaker was so much better and trails elites f'ed it up badly. I only played ToO in y1 and managed to HS a rank 3 top god with my scrubby ice breaker. We lost the match anyway as he was too good but the hate i received was memorable. If old timers recall the head glitch back in those days... Imagine how good a sniper with ammo regen and high impact shots was for those turds! Now I am sure it's useless in pvp just like thorn... F bungie for ruining the exotics to promote streamers and trials carry services!

18 AntwortenStill don't know why people are stressing about getting he icebreaker.. it sucks compared to most exotic solars, and most legendary snipers LOL, just get when you get it, then put in the vault like everyone else.

Got it today from my second, I don't really play destiny anymore just jumped on to help a friend. Thorn on the other hand took me 30 but that's probably because I wanted it at the time. You know how destiny works if you don't care you get it if you want it the thing never drops.

No icebreaker but my very first hidden hand sniper that also has a shortgaze scope. After all this time. Must be the christmas spirit.

Got mine with my 3rd character first week about an hour before the reset. Happy to get this thing back even though it was nerfed. Good luck to everyone still in the hunt. Didn't realize it was going to be this rare.
