Is Mara Sov dead?
Just wondering what happened to her after the Taken King. There was quests from the queen but is she still alive?

During TTK quest line Éris pulls us out of the fight in Crota's Chamber. My guess.... this is how Mara Sov was saved :)

1 AntwortenDeath is no guarantee for any fictitious character, you know that. Sherlock Holmes didn't stay dead. Superman didn't stay dead. I think pretty much everyone on "Days of our Lives" got killed and resurrected at some point. If they decide they want to being back Ol' Mara, they'll find a way.

2 AntwortenWell never find out if they abandon destiny 1 as it is for destiny 2. We won't know what eris meant by I will not fail, we won't know the fate of the awoken that survived, we won't know the exo stranger or any of the resolution of the main vanilla plotline. They left so many loose ends and are about to abandon them to create more with the sequel.

I think they left it the way they did so that they have something for a sequel/ future dlc. Personally I'd like to see her come back I rather enjoyed her as a character.

She almost was, right up until the millisecond death caught a look at her ghostly blue eyes and thought daaaaaaaamn son- gonna get me some of that. Since then- the pair have been bumping uglies, taking the piss out of a certain bizatch of a brother and generally chilling in a penthouse behind that locked door in the northern tower area. It's only accessible if you have the void gjallarhorn and the limited edition 1 off bungie emblem that's never been released. May they enjoy their sinful retreat. In the meantime, the guardians fumble around at speed trying 'to get one over on another' because the Siva threat and other assorted evils are clearly kicking back in a festively evil kinda style.

Does anyone even care about any of the characters? None of them even do anything. I couldn't even name them and I'm usually the one who loves to learn about every little bit of lore in whatever game I'm playing.

1 AntwortenBungie have already said she's alive. You can see in one of their streams that they're asked "Something, something now that the queen is dead. The panel goes on to say "Whoa, wait what? The queen is dead?! I don't remember [i]SEEING[/i] the queen die."
