Sometimes on both. I would prefer someone doesn't have five pounds on metal stuck into them so that they sound like a key ring whenever they walk. Some tattoos look absolutely amazing and I could stare at for an hour. Some are cool, but don't really do anything. If you're gonna get a tattoo, in my opinion, go all out. Get a full back one, or one that that snakes along your stomach and up your side, something neat.
