Is it really difficult to use the proper element in strikes?
Why use all void or solar during arc burn, you only put yourself at a disadvantage. Not to mention Xur is selling the Supercell, yet people still don't use arc. Like come on, you can't be this hard headed...
But I know some might not have arc, that's fine, but almost 100% unlikely. And the funnier thing is, I see some using the crappiest weapons, no upgrades, terrible perks, etc.
Get with the program dumbos
A quick edit:
Nowhere am I telling anyone how to play, just questioning their play style. Also, sorry if being called a dumbo hurt your feelings. Report me.

A myriad of reasons, but the most ironic being "you are taking all the kills" from the same people who claim they don't care what others use.

to me it doesn't matter, i'll use what i want thank you very much

18 AntwortenBearbeitet von Optimus96: 12/17/2016 7:12:16 PMIf you are against OP and don't understand the gaming term grind and it implications in a loot, based game (like Destiny), then please kindly shut up and post somewhere else. The whole point of Destiny is to reach max light - it has been since Day 1. To archive this goal, you have to repeatedly to the same activities over and over again. If you are smart, you will do these activities as fast as possible, because it's annoying to continuously repeat a Strike (ie: cheese spots, skipping parts, maximize damage at boss).

I prefer the void subclasses, and I can still breeze through the strikes in no time and get gold medals. I do use arc weapons though (when its arc burn).
-
9 AntwortenThis is something I want to know too, especially those warlocks that come in with nova bomb when they have a super that can kill 30+ enemies in one activation.
-
1 AntwortenIn a strike, you're going to breeze through it regardless of what you use if you're a high enough level. Plus, people just want to use what they enjoy. Using Bladedancer in PvE isn't fun at all. Shoving Shadowshots where the sun doesn't shine is somewhat satisfying.
The jolliest (and luckiest) seven you will ever meet
3 AntwortenMaybe they were trying to get good loot and do the new lmg quests?
-
I honestly just play with whatever i want, cause sometimes id rather blow everything up at once with Gjallarhorn than pick them off individually with thunderlord or zhalo.
-
You do know there are the quests for the copies of thunderlord......
-
1 AntwortenZhalo is crap, so shut up

Bearbeitet von Zacktwo: 12/17/2016 9:52:07 PMWhats worse is that some of them suck so it makes it even more frustrating

There's how you should be playing, and trying to level. Those two things are at odds with each other. At least that's why I do that. I try to change when I can, but it's not always easy. Also let's not assume people know about the apps that aid inventory management. The games own lack of quality of life features are at fault here.
-
People will use what they feel like. Before modifiers were added just recently we got by. We still can. Just because you're not using arc primary, special and heavy with perfect rolls doesn't mean you can't complete the mission. It's not a life and death situation
-
4 AntwortenWhat even is the difference between the three? I'm not being mean I just don't know😂😂
-
Why? Because some people want their good gear (LL/perks) instead of gear they arent familiar with or just dont like. For example, if my only arc weapon was a fusion and a sword, i wouldnt use either, because i dont prefer using thoss.
-
Because not using all arc setup (weapons and subclass) feels weird to me (Don't question it)

Bearbeitet von Eternity: 12/17/2016 9:17:14 PMWhen it comes to primaries personally I find the Supercell to be a disgustingly bad gun. There is no circumstance where I would ever use it, including arc burn strikes. I do far more damage myself, far more quickly, using a much better gun like the original vendor Hung Jury. I don't think 2x damage compensates for the poor quality stats/handling of the Supercell.
-
15 AntwortenBearbeitet von VULFDREK: 12/17/2016 8:57:29 PMThe strikes are easy to play any way you want. The burns just make it faster, now of let's say arc was the only way to kill enemies it'd be a bit different.
-
This and people who feel the need to kill every enemy in the strike before moving forward.
-
Bearbeitet von Flame Haze SnS: 12/17/2016 8:55:52 PMI use Hung Jury instead of Zhalo Supercell (which I have) and I use Iron Gjallarhorn by default. Feeling triggered, yet?
-
I personally don't care that much, because it's all easy stuff anyway, so it doesn't matter all that much if you use the burn or not.

1 AntwortenBearbeitet von Deadmennwalking: 12/17/2016 8:30:41 PM"Nowhere am I telling anyone how to play, just questioning their play style. " Well at least we know we won't hurt your feelings by calling you a "dumbo". Also, just for the record, you do realise we can check your strike stats? Although I wouldn't, some people may suggest the only person being carried in your strikes is YOU.
-
3 AntwortenThe only reason for me to use the right element on burns is for the boss. Amd i refuse to use arcblade or foh. Ill just keep 1 tapping everything with my amazing hand of judgement
-
3 AntwortenLol, yep cause strikes are straight up impossible!!
-
I maybe ranking up that type of gun..

3 AntwortenI guess you have not had the quest for the new Void and Solar Thunderlords.....
