first SRL wasn't disappointing was it? they advertised racing and we got racing

It was disappointing for many players. Only two maps were tedious as shit.

It was ruined imo by people finding ways to be faster, such as equipping a MIDA. Aside from that, yeah I enjoyed it :)

Well I never stated it was directly Bungie's fault, just that Sparrow racing was disappointing. Although if you consider the oversight of these bugs as incompetence, then I guess it would be Bungie's fault in the end.

Maybe it wasn't a bug. A 2+ ability boost provided by mida seems like the perk worKing as intended

It was not intended to work within the SRL. If it was announced or mentioned that perks such as that would work then okay, it wouldn't be. However, it was creating an unfair and obscure advantage to the few who knew about it. You'll likely find that upon the return of SRL the agility perks will no longer work. I guess we'll find out soon though.

It didn't/doesn't work on standard sparrows you summon within patrol, why should anyone have assumed it would work within SRL?

LOLWHAT, have you never in 2 years fcked around on sparrows with your friends? Or like during the Valus Ta'aurc strike after the tank section, there's a long stretch to the next area, you never raced on that bit? Dayum... That's how I know.

Yeah, I won almost every race to begin with then all of a sudden I was last in every race by half the lap. Asked around as to why, there was a few tricks people were using, such as MIDA for its +2 agility perk.

And SBMM was stealth implemented.
