Which year was the best?
Well then I have seen much crying about every weapon and every meta, let's see which one was/is the best according to community, remember to bump after voting so other people can see this too.

Year 1 because of CBMM.

I don't like Destiny [i]at all[/i] anymore. But, my favorite was the week before TTK dropped but there was a sizeable update to prepare for its release.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Wells: 11/29/2016 2:27:37 PMI think you have to break it down further. First part of year 1, suros, pocket infinity, plan c, Vex Mythoclast (autos and fusions in general. This gave way to the thorn/the tlw, felwinters, blinking blade dancer meta from 02/15-all the way to the ttk release. Early years 2 brought us the pulse/sunbreaker meta where any pulse outgunned all primaries and hammers reigned supreme. Then nerfs happened and Mida, Doctrine became a thing and snipers hard scoped every lane, slowing the crucible to a slogg. Eventually, handcannons like Luna/finnala's peril energed after the doctrine nerf. Then Snipers were hit hard at some point. Guardians found better ways to move fast. Roi dropped and titans with jug shield,mida, dune marchers, and jolders could fly everywhere. Shotguns re-emerged in full force. Shocklocks came in vogue with the melee potential. Hand cannons and fast firing pulses were the most viable primaries. And then there's me. I use the plan c. Its way easier to voop shotgunners than snipers so I've never had more fun in the crucible than I do now.

Why would pick year 2 over year 1?

I was never a god in destiny, never held a exotic in year 1, and right when I started getting my first lengendaries, BAM! Year 2 came out, and my few lengendaries were worthless. I have, after a long period of time, got to light 330, BANG!, year three came out, and I play on a Legacy console, So I am cursing Bungie for wasting my time >:C

Year 1. Bungie keeps taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back. They fix certain issues, but break things that weren't broken. They give us a new (and arguably better) story in TTK, but leave massive amounts of gear behind. They give us private matches, but almost no content. In year 1 (minus TDB, what a horror show that was) everything we ever did mattered. Every single piece of gear we ever collected was worth using. All the raid weapons and gear could be elevated to max level. There was gear worth grinding the raids for. Not so in year 2 and 3. Bungie giveth,and Bungie taketh even more away. Bungie is the Taking King. They are about to take your characters from you in Destiny 2. Violating the promise they made before the game even came out. You would use the same character throughout all 10 years. Your gear would always be useful (that promise has already been violated). Bungie is a bunch of liars. The first game that is an actual Destiny Clone (The Division does not qualify) will make me turn my back on my ex-favorite developer forever. I will never look back. I hope Bungie goes out of business.

Year one!!! Found a trials video from year one... I always thought I've been a sniper but I was running around with a shotgun.... Oh yeah I did have a sniper.... It was called "Thorn" with fire bolts of course. Lmao

Everyone used to get along in year 1. Nowadays everyone wants to claw each others eyes out and sell them on the black market for a matador 64.

When the crucible wasn't plagued with shotguns and nerfs... Okay maybe it was plagued with shotguns. And most importantly, when the community was not as split as it is today.
