Exotic Shards should be individually available from Xur
Probably been submitted, but:
The same way weapon and armor parts became available as items for purchase, Exotic Shards should be an item available from Xur. I need them more than I need to buy Apotheosis Veil for the 15th time.

4 AntwortenDo you have truth or another exotic heavy? Do you have 8 motes of light? Do you have 2500 glimmer and one exotic shard? Yes, you do? Well just stroll on over to that exotic weapon kiosk, trade your glimmer and exotic shard for truth and then equip it, use 8 motes of light and break truth down. Now take your 2 new exotic shards and repeat as needed.

8 AntwortenDont waste strange coins on exotic shards. Just buy them for about 2500 glimmer and a few motes of light. Here are the steps from memory, may be off by a little glimmer or one or two motes. Go to gunsmith and get a heavy telementry then use it. Go to the exotic weapon kiosk and aquire truth rocket launcher for 2500 glimmer + 1 exotic shard. Equip truth, and then pop about 5-6 motes of light to max out its level. Dismantle truth and gain 2 exotic shards + a few motes of light back. (1 shard profit) Continue steps 2, 3, and 4 until you are either out of glimmer, out of motes, or dont need any more exotic shards.

I've added your request to have Xûr sell them again to the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/217413354]Community Wishlist[/url]. FearFactory [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/218368181?sort=0&page=0&path=2]posted[/url] another cheap way of getting Shards below. Not that this should be considered a permanent fix, but it is a good way to get Shards in the meantime.

It also works with dragons breath,and nemesis,takes 8 motes of light. Does not work with ghorn.make sure you have class armour equipped with vanguard rep booster.no need to buy telemetry from gunsmith,plus you always get motes back on dismantling

If Bungie did things right. They should of created a vendor that holds materials. But what do I know right?

My only solution has been the shards I have from dismantled exotics from 3oC because I have bad rng and hardly get an exotic I want

I wish i could actually shot him with the gally, so maybe Xur's duece would be created so we can get back to getting exciting new stuff. Wait that would mean the guys getting paid to think things up at bungie would actually have to think. I mean fiddlesticks that is what u are getting paid for. Bungie u think things up (create)guardian shoot face, that is how this game keeps moving forward. But for the love of Xur's sake please give the black market dealer something evil, wicked, nasty fun to sale .

Things from shaders, ships, Xur specific gear that you can only get from him and no where else, not just common exotics, speeders..... errr I mean sparrows. Also Xur should not be a single person, he is one of many, he should pop up in like 20 different spots all over the place, not just in town. If you decide to explore you should be able to find him or one of his other counterparts in out of the way places and those counterparts should sell unique very rare items. But bungie is so narrow minded and tends to focus on junk like this that will never happen.

1 AntwortenLol, everyone saying how nice it would be if Xur sold individual exotic shards for 7 strange coins. Hey guys, I'll give ya a little history lesson, once upon a time Xur actually did sell exotic shards for 7 coins apiece. But they changed it up a while ago.
