1 AntwortenDefinitely losing respect for bungie. If it wasn't for my favorite squid I'd stop playing this game
-
Where is the "I do not give a frick" option?
-
2 AntwortenI dunno. I know better than to believe everything they say, but I'm just so used to getting horse shit from them that it doesn't really bother me anymore. If anything, I'm more disappointed in the fact that they're not telling us shit about what lies ahead (just like they did in Y1 and Y2).
-
Honestly I don't know why they bothered. The people behind the so-called forum uprising were never going to believe anything they said short of "you win, CBMM for everyone immediately!" And hell, knowing forum hiveminds the way I do, a good percentage of those people would have done a 180 and protested that. There was no way to win, but they felt they had to try. At this point I'd admire Bungie more if they simply said "we're not changing matchmaking, don't let the door hit you on the way out" than I would them trying to accommodate the small percentage of the players represented by the complainers here. You guys will never be happy.

I'm still a bit salty about what they say about sbmm..... i think bungie is lying about it but who knows...

Bearbeitet von Dooodley: 11/19/2016 9:09:11 PMWell, there's not much to say about the actual content, nor do i blame Deej for having to be the messenger. I do think that Deej could have put a different spin on the wording and particulary in his forum posts on the topic. I've been on this site for a fairly long time and I can't remember another Bungie member being as controversial as Deej. Sure, we've had issues with employees in the past but they would straight up tell us what's up instead of being condescending and snarky bastards about it. We also had some incidents where Achronos among others told us to calm the -blam!- down - and rightfully so. Not even Shishka got as much crap as Deej gets - again, because even if he was blunter he was atleast accepted as a peer. Deej will never be accepted by the community, he's simply not one of us Luke Smith on the other hand, love or hate him, he's atleast coming through as sarcastic and not as serious. Hence, I never had an issue with his "throw money at the screen"-esque comments.

I dont hate them for explaining how it worked, but even if I did want SBMM to change how in the hell am I going to justify crucifying a company for knowing more then I do when they made the damn thing? I may not like how it is handled but I dont let it anger me to the point of spitting acid and damning it all outright.
This is MY opinion though - which by definition makes it impossible to be called wrong
Where is the "A and C" option
-
I'm pretty sure I'd rather have Supercell take over Destiny.
-
I want some of that weed the writer was smoking!
-
I stopped giving a crap about what was in the weekly updates a long time ago. Unrelated note; I like your emblem 😏

2 AntwortenSurprised? No. This is Deej doing his job. Like or hate the content of it, doesn't matter, I honestly expected this post. It is better than his forum post that linked a 'clinic' on constructive feedback that was not constructive or feedback in relation to game issues. The fact Bungie still endorses antagonizing their playerbase with sarcasm is not a surprise. What it does is encourage more of the same, however. Add to that personal experiences of myself and friends along with recorded footage and that I've had LESS latency trouble on wireless setups earlier in Destiny's lifespan than a wired one in the last few months , all across 3 states in two regions of my country? Skepticism is at an all time high, playtime for myself and friends is at an all time low and there are always new games to play anyways. I like the game, love the friends I've made because of it and appreciate the art and concept team's design of the world and enemies. I find the unprofessional behavior of team leads in media laughable, and am a little surprised at the recent misstep Deej as the PR face made with his poorly conceived forum post. Beyond that, I'm hoping in a few weeks to start hearing preliminary information about Destiny 2. Whether I buy into the series is kinda dependent on what information they are willing to provide about design philosophy and changes being implemented to distinguish it from Destiny 1.

2 AntwortenFor people saying you are loosing respect, and that deej is antagonising you. Please grow up sweetie, he tries to make a joke and you cry, he gives you a way to make good feedback wrapped in humour and you cry. He doesn't treat you like a special snowflake and talks down to you so you cry. Grow up dearies and see he is just joking and it's all in good fun except when you are being brats
-
Bullshit. Can't lose respect for bungie if it's already gone.
-
I think it's hilarious to see all these pissbabies crying about it
-
I liked it because they teased Destiny 2 but everyone missed it because they're all busy talking about SBMM lol
-
3 Antwortenthe last straw for me was "if you want to relax with friends then play private matches"
-
Why can't I choose bullshit and losing respect at the same time? Hahah. Also you should add; - "I already lost my respect for Bungie when they dropped Halo" - "I already lost my respect for Bungie the first time they lied to the community about skill based matchmaking" - "I stopped respecting Bungie when they thought it would be ok to just blatantly patronise their consumers"
-
-
Why even make the newsletter if they won't really add anything new.
-
Not answering because you suck at grammar
-
Completely bullshit
-
I agree they should made (more) mention of SRL. I mean they did drop a hint but I am still waiting for new info.

You should've had an option for "don't care"
