Anyone Else Worried SRL Will Be FOTL?
This is the first time in Destiny that I've had the 'wait for review' feeling. That Halloween shit was such a let down and I remember the last SRL was $9.99 for the book and all you got were extremely pointless things.
I just worry.. But I guess we will find out soon.

We already know it will have more tracks and some kind of pve component to it so it will be better than last years sparrow racing league in terms of gameplay. If you liked SRL last year then this year will be that but a little bit better. And like SRL last year I'm sure there will be a bunch cosmetic shit that lots of people will want that requires buying a lot of silver to get, and there will probably be a heavy RNG component for all of that stuff other than emotes even if you do spend the money. Hopefully they'll tweak this aspect a bit based on feedback from festival of the lost but probably not.

I took a break from destiny before srl came out last year and recently came back. I'm not very excited for srl though...

Micro transaction is terrible in destiny Got $15 gift card from Sony for free so I used it on Destiny Boy was that a mistake [spoiler]i wanted the spec ops ornament but I kept getting the trespasser and invective ones. I think it's glitches [/spoiler]

1 AntwortenI have no doubt what so ever. It's Gona be exactly like fotl. A little quest line, some bounties and a srl treasure box. We can open one on each character then you have to pay for more. No doubt there will be some shiny new sparrow with a drop rate worse than the crux in year 1.

I'm sure last SRL was basically about spending silver to get sparrows (and grinding for 320 gear when 320 actually was a grind)

Not worried at all. Just know going in that SRL means Silver Racing League and you won't be disappointed. Start those engines....I mean, Start Spending Money....GO!!!!
