Just increase the damage values up to the launch numbers. Make the damage drop off more significant at longer distances so that their mid and long range lethality would remain unchanged.
Also consider giving Suros Regime High Caliber rounds as an intrinsic perk.

Agree with this sentiment - but suggest Low and Mid RoF + 3% High RoF no change Thank you

Buff all primary's there all a piece of crap. Buff auto rifles because they suck wind. I think there has been 3 nerfs to doctrine what a dam joke. Every primary needs buff. That's why every person in crucible uses 2nd weapon first. Why not just call your 2nd weapon primary because that's what it is. Bungie needs to pull there head out of their butt.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Lost Sols: 11/18/2016 2:10:48 AMI like the sentiment of these posts but differ on the execution. I agree that high impact ARs need something but it's always been my opinion that the answer is greater magazine sizes and not higher damage. What killed them was the reduction in effective range (which was admittedly broken), but while bullet hoses could overcome the nerfs with the shear numbers of bullets they could spray, the high impact languished because at 22-26 rounds, there is no ability to suppress and the margin of error is too small for a weapon class designed to miss a lot of bullets.

if they buffed them to take 1 bullet less o kill the ttk would be around 0.8 which is good for long range weapons apparently but not for short range ones... if they did that it'd be fine and i'd love using them.
-
I'd agree to this, but magazine sizes for the high impact autos need a buff as well. And even as much as damage drop off would have to tone down a bit just to be able to compete like other weapons could.
-
Impact seems like it don't mean shit. It's all about rof stability and range. Impact should atleast make the enemy flinch more or something. The higher impact weapons need a buff all together. Clever dragon shouldn't be able to out shoot a lyudmilla every time just because the lyudmilla shots are slower

Bearbeitet von awsihjfglkerujgh: 11/18/2016 8:22:28 PMIncrease mag size & accuracy, maybe impact.

2 AntwortenI did find it a tad annoying to finally get a good roll on a YIII Shadow Price only to find I would get destroyed by high ROF weapons in every single encounter.... I laughed when I swapped to Atheon's Epilogue and got more kills than with Shadow Price. I laughed and then cried as I stowed it back in the bank. I played a few dozen games with older weapons for testing and time/again I was downed by a high ROF weapon first. I think Spare Change and Three Little Words are only still usable due to the PR buff. Weapons should be balanced... Slow ROF High Damage High ROF Low Damage Same time to kill if all shots connect... I don't understand why this isn't a thing. In Halo we had BRs and DMRs... nobody complained about imbalance over fire rate and you could still down a player using either with the opposite easily. This however in destiny is difficult to near impossible.

I honestly don't have a issue with any weapons in the game, high impact low rate of fire Auto Rifles feels good, you just have to know the best position and range to attack, I find that if you treat them like a scout and stay a good distance back, they'll melt a guardian as fast as a Clever Dragon, stick to some cover and a little camping never hurts the K/D!

up to the launch. the rocket launch

7 AntwortenNah, players cried about suros in yr 1. So they got the nerf they asked for. Now we have to live with it. Thank the nerfherders
-
1 AntwortenAnd buff red death to what it was in HoW.
-
Complaints about OP auto rifles is why they got nerfed in the first place. Going back to that won't change a thing.
-
Yes, just do it bungie.

Yeah boooii, I want that suros 5 shot lmao
