"Break the Meta" builds
I have recently been getting so bored with the pulse rifle/shotgun meta. So to help keeps things fresh for me I have been playing around with a scout/side arm combo and wow. It is amazing and the side arm is so much fun to use. I want to keep this momentum going, post your "Break the Meta" builds below that I can play around with.

Vendor Parthian shot or full auto headhunter hopscotch. Trespasser (that thing is a mini arc grasp and is brutal as fook) Dreadfang.....yup.....just use it as a fricking shield. All wrapped up in a void warcock. Beaten more than a few clever faggins with the sidearm and the parthian gives so much flinch at range that it contends with most scouts and the occasional sniper.

Sidearm is defo a subst for shotty if you can keep a bit of distance. Fwc and ib ones are so fun.

5 AntwortenBeen trying to mix up the primaries and avoid using the Clever Dragon I got during the first IB, so I've been using The Suros Regime (with spinning up rather than focused fire) The Hopscotch Pilgrim The Cryptic Dragon The Unyielding Tree Hawkmoon for secondaries, I've been dabbling with fusions though I feel very dirty using Saladin's Vigil and trying to snipe more, since it's not something I've done a lot. Most recently been using a Longbow or the Queenbreaker's bow and for heavy, just any machine gun

1 AntwortenI use a slow rof scout and a sidearm or fusion. This works best for me when I'm playing a passive Titan or warlock. I stay at a range where shotgunners are forced to use a primary to hit me. If they get close enough to push I use my secondary as a secondary.

Clever Dragon (braced/hal cal./counterbalance) Last Ditch Truth Still waiting on a good roll Matador. Also, I am not running this build bc it's the current meta, I have been a shotty Pulse player since the beginning.

I still love using hand cannons. My Water Star on my Hunter is awesome (don't know if I have it equipped). Pair that with a shorty for Crucible or But Not Forgotten in PVE and I'm good to go.

1 AntwortenA Dis-43/47 with maximum stability and auto-fire is a unique primary to choose from. I've never felt more comfortable using any of my other primaries aside from TFC and Bad Juju.

Got bored one night and broke out the Fang of Ir Yut matched with a Havoc Pigeon. Every now and then you do see the VoC but never the Fang.

During the HoW shotgun meta, I often ran High Impact HC (Timur's Lash) with sniper or Plan C. 1 shot from the HC + a throwing knife was all it would take to kill most opponents, except titans, I often put 2 shots into them just in case.

Try the suros region me with focuses fire, or the Genesis chain. There is a glitch where if you spam the ADS button whilst firing, as long as you were ADS to begin with, you get the normal fire rate but the focused fire damage. Can be fun.

Lingering Song with Braced Frame, Feather Mag and Luck in the Chamber. It drops the mag size to 4 so there is a 25% chance for a lucky bullet resulting in a two shot. It's great for 1v1s and not so great beyond that for obvious reasons. Really fun setup!!!

I usually use Distant Star and trespasser, along with a rocket launcher. I will also sometimes use MIDA and Weyloran's March depending on the map
