Bungie come on? Crucible reward for players that got highest score is a mote of life
So I kill 31 in rift match did better score that both team and all I get is 2 mote of life. Another oh bungie moment:)

So what you're saying is rng works. I don't blame you since I know your pain...my team had clever dragons raining down and I got a blue. I think it's to avoid a growing gap; if more skilled players got rolls more often, we'd eventually have god rolls faster and keep our lead with both better perks and gunplay.
