Really, you are. I don't mean this in a rude way, but this is exactly how a toddler would act.
They'd want something, and they'd go and whine to the parents. The parents would say no, and y'know what the toddler would do? Cry. Throw a fit. Scream. Either the parent gives them what they want, making life worse for the parent and toddler, or they wait for the toddler to get over it.
You're also acting like an angsty teen.
Once they're done wanting it, they mope about how the parents give them nothing, even if they're trying to provide. Even if the parent explains why they can't have it, they'll continue moping, sometimes yelling at the parent.
Now on to the moral.
Treat Bungie like your partner, and give them some space. Let them do what they see fit, and if you're not a fan, be civilized and bring up what's wrong. If it's a mutual agreement that something should be changed, they'll change it. Don't insult them.
TL;DR: Relax. Please.
EDIT: You guys can stop responding to this post. It's irrelevant in #destiny, honestly.

12 AntwortenBearbeitet von Phat King Bing: 11/16/2016 2:16:40 AMThis is what happens when you ignore the masses. Bungo could have addressed this shit at anytime. Did they? Nope. Deej made a snarky post about good feedback instead. All they stated, was that bungo only views feedback that's favorable towards what they've already done, as good feedback. THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS!

They wont change anything whether its mutual or not and there's a point in where a customer gets fed up with the lack of content they've paid for when they should be getting more...but hey I'm totally new to destiny too!

19 AntwortenYeah sure, toddlers. Except we're toddlers who pay money and expect to get something satisfying with said money. This argument spells fanboy all over it, we pay for shit the deserves to be paid for, not DLCs that can be completed in less than 2 hours.

11 AntwortenBearbeitet von KitsuneSonow: 11/15/2016 4:38:38 PM
Treat Bungie like your partner
This would be a nice sentiment if it wasn't for the fact that bungie treats their fans and players like ATM's every few months. They have treated us with with the utmost contempt in almost every regard, and for the most part it is because of people like you that defend them at every twist and turn that they probably believe this treatment is justified.
Let them do what they see fit
Yeah that's worked out so well hasn't...you know that whole thing of them not really listening to the fans, banning people for naming cheaters, banning people for having bad connections which they can't help, pretty much just overall making their own little safe space for them and their fanboys, lying to the players, going back on their word, blaming parts of the fandom for failings on their part, nerfing weapons to the point they are either useless in one area of the game or just useless overall, insulting the players' intelligence by assuming they will "Just throw money at the screen" and in general doing extremely questionable things that often time worsen the experience rather than improving it. Yeah let's keep letting them make the game worse, lie to the players, and break promises....such a marvelous idea. To wrap this all up, you and the other fanboys constantly attack anyone that has anything negative to say about the game even in the tiniest degree and even when it's true, making the same mindless analogies and insults as the one that came before you. It wouldn't be so bad if your cancerous and degrading behavior was contained to just this forum, but no, you have to go everywhere, attacking everyone for having a different opinion than you, and making everyone in the world think that people that like Destiny are mindless idiots that follow Bungie around like a flock of sheep. Whether you like or not, we are the consumers, we have the right to voice our concern and issues. While it is true some could be more civilized about it as well, it doesn't give you the right to just go "Wahhh crybaby" every single time people bring up something that is causing an issue.

6 AntwortenThe thing is that Bungie isn't my partner. We have a supplier/customer relationship, not a friendship. In the professional world, the supplier is keenly interested in feedback from customers to keep them happy, and when financially feasible they'll act on customer feedback. The issue here is that Bungie has made a design decision, based on financial resource availability, that we, the customers, don't want to continue. We're giving our feedback in the forums. We should always be respectful, but insisting change isn't immature, it's standard practice as a customer. We also have the right, as customers, to stop purchasing/using their product if we're that unhappy. Either way, what's happening in the forums is very similar to what other businesses see when they elicit feedback from customers. Don't belittle that feedback loop as if it's different from other standard business practices in industry.

2 AntwortenFrom another post... "We arent being toddlers we are just sick of being ignored and feeling like our concerns have fallen on deaf ears." Basically sums it up.

Bearbeitet von Aguyishere: 11/16/2016 1:12:51 AMI'm assuming your closer to being a todder than those complaining, age wise. You know how people get change to happen in the real world when they have a problem that a person, business, or politician? They stand up for themselves. Common sense actually. Nice post though, maybe if nobody ever says anything when they're dissatisfied with a product things will change for the better. Nope, not how the world works actually.

3 Antworten"Don't insult them" Have you read the title of your own post? Did you eat a bowl of hypocritic-O's for breakfast?

I'd beg to differ. We aren't burning our flags and screaming at people about how they're are racist.

4 Antworten
EDIT: You guys can stop responding to this post. It's irrelevant in #destiny, honestly.
You opened this can of worms. And it's just immature calling a majority of the player base "toddlers." It's been a major complaint since it was implemented. Bungie hasn't acknowledged it. Now PvP is, arguably, the worst it's ever been. What do you expect?

I actually made a post just like this earlier.. because men no longer act like men. They cry when they don't get their way.

You shut that logic up up right now. Go get your pitchfork and chant "bungo, bungo, bungo" with the rest of the toddlers.

10 AntwortenWhen Reddit has an issue they collect all feedback in one megathread When Bungie forums has an issue it's like the tourette's convention just opened.

5 AntwortenBearbeitet von SolarCerberuS: 11/15/2016 10:04:15 PMActually my toddler acts better than them, has a vastly higher IQ (not that its hard) and probably shits its nappy less aswell. Btw if I were to treat Bungie like my partner (wife) they would be rooted.
