Instructions unclear. I read that post and saw no real, useful feedback regarding any issues with the game. Maybe next time you should actually link a post centered around game issues with constructive criticism.

Thanks man and good for you. I work for extremely demanding customers. I do all that I can to ensure they have a quality experience with my company. I appreciate your willingness to engage the community while not bowing to one sided demands. It is excellent that the game continues to be a source of passion and I am impressed with the manner in which your team handles these situations and want to encourage you to continue engaging in this way. I still don't understand why the cry to end SBMM (Salty Babies Missing Mommy) persist as I am unsure of this organizations power over the actual gameplay. Either way, a hearty thank you from a normal fully formed adult who loves the hell out of this thing your company has created. GG!

Dude your gonna lose your job and no one will feel bad

Deej, I love your mustard. How bout that feedback?
-
1 AntwortenBull shit. It's only a "clinic on good feedback" because he sugar coated everything. Bottom line is, whatever you are doing ISN'T WORKING. Bungie's "coders" are lazy, always finding the easiest solution to complex problems. SBMM has been a plague to the crucible ever since you decided to fix what wasn't broken to begin with.

1 AntwortenI did my part. I disliked every one of these spam posts... Rather have them complaining about Trials. At least that was funny.

What about all the polite posts about vault space? Were those 'bad posts?' Is that why they get ignored?

How bout being a good community manager?

Here's some good feedback: please make sure you drop this crap P2P you all seem to think is so great. Here's a hint: it sucks, and always has sucked. Also, remove SBMM and institute ranked and social playlists; ya know, like your company did over A DECADE AGO with Halo 3. Get your crap together Bungie. It's like how you forgot to make a PVP game. If you stick with P2P and your embarrassing 10 tickrate for D2, get ready for it to be a flop.

3 AntwortenOH I'm deej and I don't know how to speak for the community even though it's my job oho I hate when people give feedback cos I only listen when it's something that people in general with my lazy ass

Frustration is at an all time high because Destiny has pretty much run its course and many issues with the game haven't been fixed let alone acknowledged by either yourself or Bungie despite YEARS OF FEEDBACK from the community. Sometimes you get what you give. In your case that's been a real issue. You haven't ever connected with the community. You've been unjustly blamed for issues you've had no control over but through the years I've noticed you've never really cared what the community had to say. Sorry Deej, no disrespect but I'd have to honestly say you've done a very poor job of communicating with the Destiny community.

Here is actual constructive feedback sir. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/217991011/0/0

Why are promoting a post that has false information in it? My router tells me you're instantly trying to connect me with Europe, mexico, South America, Africa. In no way does your algorithm try to connect me with "local" people first as this constructive feedback "guru" you're promoting is telling people. Oh wait. That post agrees with you, why didn't you link a post with an example of constructive criticism instead?
-
Git gud Deej. In all seriousness, Bungie maybe just maybe you should listen to the community for once? We are the ones keeping this game alive after all, there will come a time when even the most die hard desticle gets fed up with your snobby attitude, lack of attention to important issues and leaves this game for good. We have spoken. In the immortal words of Deej, your move.

DeeJ, I'm sure you guys know that you can't please everyone. If the data shows that SBMM is better than CBMM so be it. But I believe the players would like to see the data that says SBMM is better. Personally , it's tough playing the red bar warriors almost every match but I like playing Destiny. So I tolerate it. The game is still fun. Maybe some kind of solution involving a compromise could work. For example, ranked playlists could be SBMM and unranked could be CBMM. It would be nice if some matches were actually non-sweaty.

Gheez, what a terrible example of managing the community. That's troll level posting from a Bungie employee. Keep up the good work.

What I gather is that the only feedback you consider good is the feedback that tells you how awesome the game is. While there are A LOT of whiny posts that are just children complaining there are some very well thought out posts out there as well. Ones that actually work to prove their point about a perceived flaw in the game. This thread would have made a much better impact if you had chosen to link one of those instead of one just saying how awesome the game is. Instead all you're now getting is hate because of a shortsighted decision. I would never call for someone to lose their job, and for the most part I think you're alright, but I definitely think you could do a better job at finding the good, non-whiny, posts that address the issues. Even if it is a quick "these things will be coming in destiny 2" (like dedicated servers maybe?) Overall I don't play pvp because I've never cared for it in this game so I have no side in the great war on sbmm. However if so many people want rid of it it might be something to take a bit more seriously. Maybe you are, but from a player standpoint it doesn't seem like it.
