REMOVE SBMM
lol I can't rant about this enough but it needs to go away. Your players will enjoy CBMM (ConnectionBasedMatchMaking) a lot more. Just listen to the community plz.

They are all better players and in Australia, so if one of them hosts I'm a red barred brick. Dragging the team down as I die to teleporting titans, invisible warlocks, and, invulnerable hunters. If I host they have an easier time opponents wise; but get can't pick up ammo crates or open doors. Sbmm doesn't work on pure p2p. Maybe if you had dedicated servers. But the internet isn't homogeneous. It suffers wildly varying quality around the world. And just because the guy in Zanzibar and the guy in Oslo have great internet, doesn't mean the thousands of kilometres of internet infrastructure wired between them is of similar stock. Go back to cbmm. Or upgrade to regional servers. I for one won't buy Destiny 2 without one of the two. And I encourage anyone reading this to take a similar stance.

No. SBMM is working great for me - most games I play end up with very close matches, with the lead flipping multiple times, right up to the end, exactly as it should be.

11 AntwortenI think of all people, you would be the most pissed off if they went to strictly cbmm I understand why the top players hate sbmm...because they want to pub stomp and can't. You, my friend, are the pub. You really want to just let anyone and everyone into your matches based on connection? You want your KD to go up right? Well fat chance if you got your wish. I assume you just simply don't understand how sbmm and cbmm works. The vast majority of players would have an awful time while the top 10% of players completely dominate every game. So think before you ask for stupid things like this. I say this as a fellow pub. I don't enjoy getting stomped, and cbmm would make that happen even more than it does now.

I hate this SBMM spamming. "Oh look, a red bar killed me in Crucible! Obviously it happens 23697 times per match and affects me personally! I also know literally nothing about how CBMM and SBMM work and how they affect me, but lots of people seem to dislike it so I'll jump on the bandwagon! Not My President! Wait, what?"
