Have you ever tried to make yourself a replica of a weapon or prop from any video game before?
I did an easy one. I made the Gordon Freeman crowbar from Half Life 2 by buying a look-alike crowbar from Sears and then painting the long part red using a fire safety color spray paint for metal that I bought from Lowes. Then I used it at work for a few months to scratch it up enough to look like the one from the game.
Anyone else make something from a game before or at least tried or plan to?

I got a bunch of blue socks when I was a kid and put them on my forearm and taped a glow in the dark strip ontop to make a poor mans mega buster (x buster) whatever it's actual name is. It was awesome.

Well I'm in the process of making a custom weapon. The base is going to be the halo assault rifle, with components from destiny's pocket infinity and outbreak prime.

Well, I made the Sword of Eden from AC: Unity for an art class once.

I'm in the process of finishing the Burial Blade from Bloodborne. Just have to dry brush+wrap in torn clothe and it'll be done. I'd post pics, but I don't know how to use imgur. If anybody wants I can figure it out to post on here.

I made a plasma rifle out of Legos. Such an underrated weapon, always been my favorite of Halo's armory.
