$ for ornaments - non recoverable?
Bungie,
Love you guys, though I dropped $40 on ornaments and got my Telesto to where I wanted it with the new ornaments. Then, after getting another higher light level Telesto and wanting an exotic shard, I melted the old. Now my ornaments are gone and so effectively is my cash...
It's a bit disappointing. Can you consider a recovery system? Whether it be the user taking the ornament out of the weapon, returning it to a consumable as before, or automating it into the mailbox?
Just feeling a bit cheated at the moment.

1 AntwortenThe trick others are talking about is this.. when you get an exotic you don't need (weapons), you buy a weapon telemetry from the gun smith, level it up with motes, BUT DON'T fill the green circles in, just get them all ready... then when you diss mantle it you will get Two shards every time plus a few motes of light back.. Yes I think they should have made them automatically apply to all future guns that drop.. meaning that once you apply an ornament it will show up on all instances of than Gun..

I did the same thing with both Truth ornaments. I was thinking unlocking them on one Truth would enable it on all other Truths. It does not.

I think an ornament kiosk would be helpful. Although I imagine those Iron Armor ornaments would be omitted, since Bungie wants them to be rare. Also, they would have to change the dismantling to not give silver dust anymore... I think I see why they haven't done it.

1 AntwortenHey twyg, Please post your suggestions in #Feedback, #Help is for technical issues and support. Just for the future, if you've used an Ornament on a weapon, don't dismantle it. It's worth more than an exotic shard. Instead infuse it up to a higher level.
