The balance is pretty great right now, and if you change anything further you'll upset the fragile ecosystem known as PvE, seriously. When you change PvP, you hurt PvE exponentially more than intended. Please, just stop. Now. Sincerely, every PvE player who ever witnessed the PvP nerfs of the past.
