I'M -blam!-ING SICK OF IT
I'm -blam!-ing sick of SBMM. I just want to enjoy some normal games and don't sweat my ass off all the -blam!-ing time holy shit! It makes pvp so unenjoyable and i honestly think about quitting. I mean nobody here cares,but damn, i can't be the only one.
EDIT: There's more to it than always sweating in order to win. SBMM mostly results in a lag fest,and also, if you have a huge skill gap between your friends,like i have,it is completely frustrating for my friends to play with me,so they rather play alone,which should not be the case in public playlists.

We all came to the mutual agreement that Derek's 'expertise' in this area is a piece of shit arrogant lack of one. He's the very definition of someone who doesn't know how to do their job so makes change after change for the status of a update without the actual insight to make quality improvements. This isn't the kind of person who makes a game better, its the kind who slowly poisons something until it dies completely. If we all weren't so passionate about this game and the quality of it, the words wouldn't be so harsh. I'm not sure what you're moaning about. I sometimes do really well in games and sometimes I don't. I took a year off Crucible and when I came back I sucked, couldn't get above 0.8 K/D for love nor money but I got back into the rhythm and now I'm like 1.3 or thereabouts. It's practice that makes you better either against those better than you so you can learn from them or just honing your reflexes and learning the maps. Stomping people worse than you doesn't make you better, you'll still make the same mistakes but you'll get away with them. SBMM provides an equal match up sometimes and sometimes not. I don't have an issue with it.

Before SBMM I would go up against God Tier players and personally I don't think that's fair to people like me Question for you though when you talk about how you hate sweating every match what would you rather have ? A match where you can absolutely wipe the floor with people way below your skill

1 AntwortenThe issue for me is somewhat parallel. I dislike SBMM because it forces me to play outside the realm of an optimal network. It creates bad matches. SBMM is for dedicated servers. Bungie needs to prioritize connection first and ELO second because they use a home baked P2P.

Right there with you. Used to play every day, now I can't stand to even log in to destiny anymore. Always a pvper, and now crucible is just Not Fun anymore, plain and simple. Sweaty matches, blowout losses in progress, and lagging godmode shadestepping douchey hunters with matadors every match. I think I'm about done with Destiny. Been here since day 1. Guess all good things come to an end eventually.

5 AntwortenThe comments on this are very funny. Everyone that is pro sbmm is bad at crucible and are scared of playing players better than them. I don't think most of you actually focus on improving and only wanna "have fun" which is fine but we can't have fun when every game is full of matador,eyasluna,last word and Damn hard scopers. Many of the top tier players are in trials and private games so there isn't much to worry about. Plus I really would love to use my favourite guns and a variety of weapons but that is hard to do when everyone is rushing with shotguns.
