Many players on the older generation consoles are at the point of boycotting Bungie for the shafting of the old Gen players; removing content unnecessarily. Most of us understood why we couldn't have the rise of iron but there was no reason to remove Holiday events, Xur's Exotics, and cut us off from all updates. This is a petition to Update the Old gen consoles with the following content: -Return of Holiday Events on a repeated cycle; Day of the Lost, Crimson days, and SRL -Return Xur's Retail back to his TTK settings. -In-game Clan Function; in-game Clan Roster, In-game invites, etc.(because we lack the support of Bungie.net to keep records) -In-game Grimoire Acees(Beta Issue that was never resolved, and we lack the Bungie.net support for it) -Map Tab(Beta Issue and story plot hole that was never resolved and confuses most new players) -Natural Gravity setting and raised skybox; right now players have personal gravity and many players would like to try playing in the natural gravity(more of a personal request to make the game fresh again and it is a simple mod after all) -Update the Raids and the Gear that is dropped(so many issues that were never resolved) -Update the Legendary Gear from Year 1 to infuse to Year 2 quality; not Year 1 looking gear for Year 2, year 1 gear with the ability to raise the light like when you guys allowed etheric light infusion in year 1. -Make sure that Playstation Exclusives carry over when the year is up please(that was a promise and you better keep it for your oldest and most loyal community) -Add Light and infusion to add Level potential to masks(because light level can help loads when fighting). -Refer-a Friend Quest; TTK is done, and now it's time to give it to the players for free.(Seriously, it was a broken quest and should be retired like the Red Bull quest line) -Fix Flawless Raider; Lag makes this achievement on the Old gen practically impossible with other players and you guys added a factor where we have to have 6 players to get this achievement. I would like you guys to undo that at the very least so players can solo the achievement, still hard and now lag and other players won't get in the way.(Seriously, this is the only achievement I need and because of all this garbage I can't even get it cause of the lag and because you guys are so short sighted it will be one I never get) -More Character customization for free(Were are those beards TTK was supposed to have Cosmo?) -Free Character Recustomization Option(Cause no one should have to restart every time they would like to change their hair style) -Add a gifting system for December(Trading compromise that makes the holiday more friendly to players) More may follow in the comments but What I have listed here are things Destiny needs now, not later because if you add it later you will have to spend more time to fix the bugs. If these are not added I can tell you I won't be playing the next game you guys release nor will I be buying your DLC even if I get a next gen console. You shafted the Old gen to try and force players to switch, but it blew up in your face especially after overpricing your additional content. You put 90% of your time trying to update the PvP and that was one of your biggest mistakes as you have seen, more players show up when there is additions to the PvE but when they are done they leave again and the popularity drops doesn't it. I have a feeling this post will be ignored strongly and a ninja or admin will probably hide it to hide the mistakes but if I didn't at least try to post this then of course nothing would happen. *Also, update the site and app so we can access our records; it's just pathetic to say you can't run the site and app on the old gen because there isn't a hardware or software issue to do so especially since we still have to load it when we log in. FYI Trolls; the game is Peer to peer to third party which is why we have lag in crucible and it's crap to have the penalty for having this set up but no benefit for it. *Just a heads up Kiddies, if they don't at least try to fix the old gen you can bet when they do release a Destiny 2 those who don't get the next game will likely be in the same boat. I am not the first to say take a stand but I won't be the last, though I think my time playing Bungie games is pretty much done. They make good games and I loved Destiny even with all of it's flaws and cherished the times I played even when Life got rough, but I can see that Destiny no longer cares about making games and is more into making money rather than building worlds and works of art. They sold out, and I am not buying into it like some kind of putz but if you wanna be the bag man or the thug to rally behind their cooperate downfall go right ahead and throw that green away, I'll just sit back and watch. *Seeing as everyone ad their grandma is dealing with the internal struggle of assuming it's all about the console I use and not the content available I will assure you that a friend of mine said they would give me a xbox on for Christmas. The platform doesn't stop me from playing the currently available content, this is about how they shut down players, how they refuse to finish their products before moving on. Get off your high horses and face the facts, we all paid more for the DLC then the game itself and the DLC isn't even half the size of the actual game. The majority of the DLC packets involve new gear and visual effects, even the enemies your fight in RoI are just reskins of older enemies, just like the taken and they will keep reselling their old content with a "new" look. *Seeing as a few disgruntled snowflakes need reminding, if they update the old gen with "new" content the current gen gets it too.
