I was also in the same situation when Floating Gardens was the map. Player had 20+ game win streak with a 0.5KD. Game history has at least 2 opposing players disconnect every game. I reported the whole team in game and also used the online form yet two weeks of Trials later he is still doing the same thing. Unfortunate that Bungie takes this long to take care of the matter all the while people are getting screwed by this guy. He will probably only get a temporary ban and his rewards revoked which imo doesn't equate to how many guardians he's f*ckdd over. It has to be in the hundreds by now.
