I have both and Dogma has finally dethroned the old King.
Triple Double is just too good, you can pump high impact crits into bosses for days. I was running strikes last night and while fighting Malok there were times when I was standing out in the open DPS-ing for so long that it was more likely I would have to duck into cover to survive rather than reload.
You see the DPS comparison videos on YouTube between the Dogma and the Outbreak Prime and it's actually quite impressive that a legendary scout with no special damage-over-time effects can keep up with an exotic primary that creates SIVA swarms.
It looks 100x better than Hung Jury too. Black and red with SIVA stuff all over it just looks amazing. As great as Hung Jury was the paint job was an eyesore to say the least.
Firefly is cool and all but I'd gladly sacrifice it for Triple Double any day. I don't miss it one bit.
TL;DR: Chaos Dogma is the new best legendary PvE weapon in the game. It's even pretty decent in PvP too.

Eh, its ok. Its a shame the raid punishes you for headshots on enemies though. I prefer the auto rifle for the raid since you can't get crit spots on the shanks for p2, and since I use a cannon or sniper on aksis. Not a bad scout but I think its a bit much saying its the best ever. You shouldn't be using a primary on a boss anyways. I understand for DPS comparison tests, but lets be real, if you aren't using a sniper or heavy you are crippling yourself.

Angels advocate with explosive rounds just wrecks

3 AntwortenI have the Cryptic Dragon scout with explosive, firefly, crowd control. Love it to bits.

Still getting used to its mule kick, but yeah: it's awesome!

Bearbeitet von moke: 10/17/2016 9:51:13 AMScout rifles dont fit my playstyle. Infused that vendor hung jury long ago, chaos dogma has been used once or twice. I'm sticking to my fakebringer which fits my up in their face playstyle much better.

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Dooodley: 10/16/2016 9:41:30 PMOn bosses maybe. BUT it feels wonky and slow and when you can't pump shots into the same crit spot over and and over again you're stuck with a smaller mag. Now, I'm 100 % a scout rifle guy but I still didnt keep any extras of it. Also, isnt it kind of sad that a vendor version of HJ still is the best overall PvE scout rifle in the game? The only one that comes remotely close in PvE is Cryptic Dragon with a God roll. And you have to, ironically enough, PvP to get that.
-
1 AntwortenHave both, haven't used either since I got a god roll Cryptic Dragon for PvE.
-
1 AntwortenNah, it's way too situational. I use it for bosses only if anything.
-
I prefer Hung Jury simply because the Dogma kicks like a cannon
-
I was unimpressed and was going all hard to get that perk to activate so I could see what I was missing. No dice. I took a break and then the other day, I got one, just -blam!-ing around. It was just a good day I guess. Also I saw a blimp that said I entice women into prostitution with my charm and flagrant, gaudy clothing. I need to call that blimp company.

It's good but the sight is honest to god a piece of shit. That goofy ass square needs to go.

10 AntwortenIt's fine but I prefer The Distant Star. It just feels better to me. I never thought I would find a scout rifle that I would prefer to the Suros DIS-43, but then again I said the same thing when I replaced my Vision of Confluence.

Don't forget about small arms , big factor when that modifier is on .
-
1 AntwortenCocytus anyone?
-
Wait til the raid pulse and hand cannon next week, might change your mind.
-
2 AntwortenDont like it. Stability is garbage and has no firefly. AA seems low too I might be wrong. The sight isnt that good either.
-
I feel like one of those bobble heads you put on the dashboard after using it for a while though

1 AntwortenI've got a Treads Upon Stars with braced frame, Army of One, crowd control, and a sharpshooter scope. Goes nicely with double nades. Melts adds. Can't seem to put it down.

Old vendor HUNG JURY on PVP is a beast in PVE i bet that Raid Scout is nasty
-
3 AntwortenI've been using my Cryptic Dragon with a nice roll of Triple Tap, High Calibre Rounds and Fire Fly. I think that's what I've noticed in RoI is their are plenty of options for Loadouts.

8 AntwortenI disagree, while chaos dogma is great and has its uses hung jury with sweep the floor with adds, ya'know what you actually use your primary for. Now while the chaos dogma has a lot of recoil its not too bad considering its low rof, it is however enough to know your aim off target which means tracking a moving target just gets annoying, while not only does hung jury come with a pretty decent mag size its also far less punishing, allowing you to follow up with a finishing shot quicker and easier thanks to the very low recoil. The final point in hung jurys favour is the firefly perk, which only bolsters is add clesring duties and makes it a very reliable weapon. Also on a side note at 380+ light Chaos dogma cannot 1 hit the shanks on aksis phase 2 rendering it completelt useless imo, which is why I use a pallindrome since it can resulting in a far more reliable weapon (No i do not use Chaos dogma for boss dps, why would you? There are heavies for a reason)
-
Hung Jury was never DPS efficient. It just had great perks with great stats. Chaos Dogma does a crapton because it doesn't need to reload almost ever. And does extra damage against splicers.
-
If shank burn was still a perk Id bet that people would use a weapon with it just for Aksis phase 2.
