Year 2 vanguard and crucible legendary weapons still drop out of legendary weapon engrams. So your questing beast was sort of a bad example. In fact, year 2 vanguard and crucible weapons is all that drops out of those engrams.

No, legendary weapon engrams don't drop rise of iron legendaries. That's bullshit.

Mk first. That's rude, and second you're totally wrong. With rise the loot table has been expanded, and since there are more ttk items than rise items, you get those a disproportionate amount of time.
