How I hope they handle Destiny 2 classes and team roles

Currently, my biggest fear for the future of Destiny is how Bungie will handle classes, sub-classes, and exotics. I'm afraid that something similar to Destiny 1 will happen, where there is seemingly no structure. The way subclasses are right now, only 1 per each class is still even very relevant in PvE, those being Defender Nightstalker and Sunsinger. Even then, warlocks are losing a lot of relevance in PvE. This is because the only really "useful" subclass is Sunsinger is only there to reverse any possible mistakes you make, so it doesn't even benefit the team at all. You could make an argument for Stormcaller being good, but Ghorn mostly takes their spot for add clearing. The problem with things like Nightstalker and Defender is that they are so good, using anything else is just plain dumb. The only still viable build for gunslinger requires Celestial Nighthawk, and the utility of Sunbreaker is all but diminished by just using ruin wings and Ghorn. What this is all leading to is that these specific subclasses are so good, that people who play as a Hunter or Titan are tied down, being forced to use their best subclass. They get no real choice. A Hunter should be able to play as Bladedancer without virtually screwing their whole team over. A Titan should be able to use Striker effectively in PvE. But Bungie is just so unwilling to buff the utility of certain subclasses that they are fading into obscurity. Warlocks are even worse off, being stuck with nothing to benefit the team. Having a raid team of entirely Nightstalkers and Titans is the most effective way of getting through a raid at a medium to high level. From there, i just boils down to Celestial Nighthawk for a boss like Aksis. And then the way exotics are handled is just atrocious. Each exotic weapon should be given a specific role that they excel at, such as boss nuking, major burning, or add control. Then exotic armor should help each subclass do even better at performing their specific role. Now, I'm sure you have heard how everybody thought that Destiny was going to follow the tried and true method of 1 tank class, 1 DPS, and 1 support. But then that sort of didn't happen at all. I propose that the way Destiny 2 be structured is that there is main 1 support class, 1 main DPS class, and 1 main tank class. Then the subclasses just grant certain different ways of supporting, tanking, and DPSing. Then exotic weapons should be used for fulfilling very specific roles in a fire team, and exotic armor should just boost that subclasses potential power. And also, right now, damage supers don't feel very "super" in PvE. They feel like such minor damage to pretty much anything that they are basically just a waste of using on anything other than majors so that you can generate orbs. Damage supers should actually be sought out, not avoided. This post isn't supposed to be taken as me whining about a specific sub-class or exotic, its about me wanting Destiny 2 not to tie people down to 1 specific subclass for PvE. I honestly feel bad for Titans and Hunters, as they don't really get to play what they want. It was like this for Warlocks until WotM came around, and we have finally been broken from the shackles of Sunsinger. I, being a Warlock main, love Voidwalker in PvE, but its usefulness was just so negligible. So i love myself some freedom. But again, the problem kind of stems from possibly TOO MUCH utility on certain subclasses. But these are just my ramblings about how freedom of choice is slowly being killed for Titans and Hunters. I really hope you guys can agree and, I don't know, maybe Bungie will see this post or something. And I'm not trying to say Bungie isn't capable of doing this, I'm just trying to raise awareness to the biggest balance problems in Destiny, so that hopefully Bungie will see and acknowledge this. P. S. for PvP, players should have bigger health pools, and buffs and nerfs NEED to be separated between PvE and PvP.
