Xur is selling normal engrams!!!
To anyone who never pays attention to the legacy engram Xur sells he isn't selling them this weekend they are the current light lvl engrams or higher spread the word.

Also, why would anyone use them now when everyone will be atleast 385 on Tue and exotic engrams can grant you 400 light? Just save them.
