After turning in a bevy of Shiro bounties last night I was finally rewarded with the Jagged Purpose curio. As the item directs I took it to Eris, who does have a flashing green and purple quest marker above her head. However, when I actually speak to her she offers nothing except her normal vendor screen. There is no dialogue or option to turn the curio in and proceed with the thorn quest. I have tried logging out and in of both my particular character and the game itself. I have also at this point waited to see if the daily reset would have an effect. It did not. Please address this issue. Also, please implement an actual help ticket system so that issues like this can be dealt with. It is completely unacceptable for a game of this type and size to not support such a system.
