Yup, I know there are a million of these posts. Consider this post one million and one. Stop messing around Bungie. I need more vault space. No joke. I want to collect all the loots, so do me a favor and get this going.
OR
Fix the existing vault so that going through gear is easier and more efficient. The ability to sort, filter AND dismantle, as well as having the same page be up when you come out of an inspection would make the whole process MUCH better. You are right, I don't need those crappy rolls on some of these old guns I will never use, but finding them in a sea of stuff I do actually want to keep is quite tedious.
Thanks.
**Update**
Lots of good feedback in this post.
What I am seeing is a lot of people who don't really want to "hoard" weapons, but they want the option to use things they have acquired, should they be so inclined.
I like the idea of a kiosk. Maybe set it up like some of the engrams, set the light level to 3(or whatever), random rolls, make it cost a reasonable amount of marks. The reason I am holding on to some weapons is the fact that they are no longer in the loot pool, but are also still perfectly viable with 1-1 infusion. I would be more likely to delete some of my stash if I knew I could go and grab it again should the meta change, I get bored with my current weapons, or I just like the way it looks/sounds.
Will I ever use my Questing Beast? Maybe, maybe not, but I keep the one rolled to my liking in my vault, just in case. Do I need two Righteous VII's? Nope, but I know I can't get anymore at the moment and I like the gun enough to want my options to be open.
Thanks.

2 AntwortenYes I need more space to store exotic engrams for after the level cap increases

4 AntwortenYour house must look like an episode of hoarders. There's plenty of vault space you need to actually choose what stiff is worth keeping and what isn't.
-
Vault definitely needs some different sorting abilities. Ex: all exotics, by faction, by elemental type, etc. As for more room forget it. I just deleted a year 1 character and all their exotics, raid gear, and a bunch of year 1 weapons I'll never see again just to have room for my new stuff. The time for more vault space came and bungie did too little too late.
-
1 AntwortenBungie wanted us to be collectors but screw us on vault space. I'm a collector and am 100% out of room.and it's not just generic vendor stuff. You can use all year 1 stuff in crucible. Really wish they would increase space.
-
6 AntwortenYou do realize there's probably one year left in destiny and cannot transfer your junk to Destiny 2.0. After Destiny 2 debuts, I give maybe 6 months and Bungie will shut down these servers and Destiny 1 will be gone forever.
-
4 AntwortenYOU DONT NEED MORE VAULT SPACE. You need to learn to delete stuff

I don't know if VoC can have different rolls but mine has full auto, perfect balance, and zen moment.

2 AntwortenJesus christ get a life you losers you are just as bad as the nerfers

Yr 1ers started asking for this at crotas end didnt get it till ttk.... good luck

I totally agree. I love the game but need a better mechanic to sort by archetype within type(pulse/auto/scout...) to make the comparisons easier. I have 3 characters and the amount of sifting/sorting is the part i dislike about destiny the most. I love PLAYING the game not sorting... but i also hate throwing away potentially great guns/armor. I must say I like the battlefield way of earning attachments and having options rather than whole gun builds scrapped. I also really hated destroying my high "quality" (filtered to best rolls) VOG armor.

I just keep what I need and a few other extras. Have all the vault space in the world.
-
Cannot delete my crota gear for warlock, it's just the best gear in the game.

2 AntwortenMaybe I'm the minority here but I think we have plenty of vault space.

1 AntwortenI think vault space is fine however it's the "collections" that are the issue. I'm a hoarder so all the Y1/Y2 gear I have, I like to keep. This takes up precious space in the vault. If they were to implement a kiosk or something that housed Y1 gear or Y2 gear, i think that would make it better. Since Y1 gear won't carry over, you can at least have a mini museum of gear you acquired then and have the ability to use it (if you wanted to) whenever you wanted. There's ton of space in the tower so setting up these kiosks wouldn't be an issue. However it's Bungie so I'm sure they'd -blam!- something up by doing this. While it's known that all of our gear won't carry over from year to year, pretty stupid to have it where all the gear/weapons you grinded for have to get dismantled the following year just to clear up space. just lots of laziness on the part of Bungie so I'm sure nothing like this will ever happen.
