Yup, I know there are a million of these posts. Consider this post one million and one. Stop messing around Bungie. I need more vault space. No joke. I want to collect all the loots, so do me a favor and get this going.
OR
Fix the existing vault so that going through gear is easier and more efficient. The ability to sort, filter AND dismantle, as well as having the same page be up when you come out of an inspection would make the whole process MUCH better. You are right, I don't need those crappy rolls on some of these old guns I will never use, but finding them in a sea of stuff I do actually want to keep is quite tedious.

Lots of good feedback in this post.
What I am seeing is a lot of people who don't really want to "hoard" weapons, but they want the option to use things they have acquired, should they be so inclined.
I like the idea of a kiosk. Maybe set it up like some of the engrams, set the light level to 3(or whatever), random rolls, make it cost a reasonable amount of marks. The reason I am holding on to some weapons is the fact that they are no longer in the loot pool, but are also still perfectly viable with 1-1 infusion. I would be more likely to delete some of my stash if I knew I could go and grab it again should the meta change, I get bored with my current weapons, or I just like the way it looks/sounds.
Will I ever use my Questing Beast? Maybe, maybe not, but I keep the one rolled to my liking in my vault, just in case. Do I need two Righteous VII's? Nope, but I know I can't get anymore at the moment and I like the gun enough to want my options to be open.

Still got VoC, Atheons Epilogue and Oversoul Edict! I have 1 on each character! I still use VoC on occasion, just to break off the cobwebs! ;)

How about weekly bounty space ? They put a bunch of bounties in the game but (especially with IB) there's barely room for the dailies

3 AntwortenDismantle, dismantle, dismantle. Lol I just cleaned out my vault of dups, and old weapons, armor I don't need and got like 60 legendary marks just from that. There is no possible way you, or anyone needs to complain about vault space. Stop hanging on to stuff you don't Need.

9 AntwortenFor some reason Bungie has been so stingy with Vault space since vanilla. They made it seem like asking for more space was like asking them for their newborn children. Still they can't seem to give the Vault the love it should've had since Vanilla. All they do is nickel and dime that damn thing and give it small little increases in space. Where it is now, in terms of space, is where it should've been during TDB days. Don't even get me started on organizing that damn thing. Should've been a filter for that by the time HoW came out along with character customization. No one likes killing off a guardian just because their fat fingers made a bad decision. I'm sure Bungie will "introduce" these options for the low, low price of a $29.99(USD) in the form of a dlc.

2 AntwortenI thought the kiosks to buy back exotic weapons really alleviated the vault space problem, maybe just for me tho. I deleted all my exotics that I don't use from the first 2 years, knowing that I can buy them back.

Destiny is a looter shooter, sure we CAN dismantle stuff we might never use, but some of us for a myriad of different reasons WANT to keep a ton of stuff around. For that special raid event or private match or whatever it is, come on Bungie you told us limited vault space was primarily due to legacy consoles and you've killed them off, so get on with doing SOMETHING to let us hoarders be hoarders!
