Supremacy---The most rage-filled game mode
It's funny how Iron Banner used to be the campiest game mode in all of Destiny and now it's the most aggressive since it is Supremacy. Now I noticed that most people are crying out on the forums on how stupid the game mode is. My only logic is that the Iron Banner is much better than before. I enjoy this shotgun-warfare because now I know that there will be no one who will camp his butt off and not even play control properly. Just get out of this salt zone is all I'm saying... Then you'll realize that this mode is actually really fun and hectic.
[spoiler]Edit: To make this clear, I'm saying that I like this game mode a lot. The only reason this post is a thing is because I'm tiered of seeing others whine about Supremacy no matter what. It's easy, it's fun, it's very aggressive... Isn't that what we all wanted for a very long time? We were tiered of Iron Camper and people not playing Control or Clash properly and now we have something new in which people can EASILY do the objective. (lol) I'm tiered of this hatred and nerf shotgun and even fusion rifle bull crap saying "snipers r dead" when in reality they are still good as f'ck. I'm done now guys, have a good day.[/spoiler]

Its super bad when you've got multiple red bars in one match. Then no one can pick up a -blam!-ing crest. Plus it's an annoying game mode for iron banana.

RIFT was the best Iron Banner ever. But all of the one track minded rushers that have no concept of how to play an objective game cried so much salt that BUNGIE never ran it again. So BUNGIE, in an attempt to appease the simple minded introduced SUPREMACY.

11 AntwortenThis is the best Iron Banner i have ever played in since release. Never before have i seen such a variety of guns being used and such balanced games. This is great for fireteams and freat for solo players. Thank you Bungie, you guys did great for once!

3 AntwortenI like the more aggressive and fast paced gameplay. However they need to reduce the score limit to 100. How many games have you been in that ended due to time limit? I prefer an actual winner, not "time ran out and because one team was barely ahead they get the win".

1 AntwortenIB Sup is definitely a game mode that I prefer going in with at least a fireteam of 3 if I can't field a whole 6. I would argue that those a bit peeved by Sup are going at the game mode alone. Nothing like having a Guardian that you know cover your six

1 AntwortenI'm not a particularly good pvp player.. my stats will prove that.. but I really like supremacy clash (not rumble!).. It's a much more aggressive game with people more likely to make mistakes trying to get the crests - me included! This also makes it more fun and susceptible to very different tactics to other game types.. I like the change.

This game mode is cancer af. If they removed special ammo it would be way better. Can't stand the shotguns. They should've made ib mayhem if they wanted to change things up

11 AntwortenSupremacy is best mode right now while control is close second. Being forced to move around to win instead of camping is great, and constant shotguns is awesome because im a way better shotgunner than most.

Best way to nerf Shotguns without actually nerfing their statistics: Let the animation of the shot finish after shooting, before you can melee. Prevents quick Shotgun-Melee combos, keeps Shotgun as powerful as they are now. Solved.

I love supremacy. I'm just not all that great at it. The two concepts are separate though. You can not be great at something and still enjoy doing it. I'll get better. But I am loving it so far.

I hate supremacy, it's just a giant shotgun circle jerk. It takes absolutely no skill to run up slide shotgun and melee, I have yet to see someone actually use a primary in this game mode...it's just people running around with shotguns as primarys.

I don't mind it tbh. It's nice to have something different once in a while. Lots of people are going to camp and use the crests as bait, that's part of the game

Quite possibly the BEST Iron Banner so far. I do ok with my auto rifle. I have a shotgun as a special, but rarely equip it. You know what easily beats a shotgun? A fusion grenade to the forehead.

2 AntwortenSupremacy is a way to make shotgun users think they're good and so they can sit and camp around corners all day. I never wanna have to do supremacy ever again. I wouldn't have touched it if it wasn't iron banner. Don't bring it back to iron banner. Its an ugly game mode.

5 AntwortenDisgree. Playstyles should be balanced - something for everyone. Supremacy means, unless you are running a shotgun, you've already lost.

I picked up 20 crest and actually brought my team back from a 20-30 point loss period and I still got nothing but blues. Not to mention the gear for IB this time around is very unflatering. Just reskins of the Days of Iron armor [spoiler]Fusion Rifles are really good for supremecy. Use a High Impact one and your guaranteed to melt people.[/spoiler]
