Nova Bomb PvE damage buff(Archived)
So Nova Bomb in PvE is extremely underwhelming. It should hit bosses like a nuclear DPS Bomb . I think the damage needs to be put up to Celestial Nighthawk level.

Why should nova bomb (a big aoe super) do as much damage as single target super thats buffed by an exotic? It already 1 hits just about anything that isn't an ultra

13 AntwortenShould be a exotic helm like the nighthawk for hunter. Nova bomb turns into spirt bomb from dragon Ball Z. Wipes entire fireteam to steal Thier light to charge up the nuke.

4 AntwortenWhat are you talking about? Lance one hits everything that isnt an Ultra. Scatter is the weakest due to its 3 Projectiles. Even Vortex Bomb with extention one hits everything.

The reason a celestial night hawk is stronger is because it's a single target shot (unless you get a lucky line up with keyhole and combustion. ) Nova bomb is weaker since it's more AOE.

1 AntwortenNot a fan of warlock personally. But I'm more concerned with how underwhelming and boring void burn is for other classes. Their void grenades blowing AND lack of void damage on supers is ridiculous. This isn't a problem at all between all the classes with arc, and solar burn. Void burn alone deters me from playing much for an entire week. And then there is small arms + void burn....ew

2 AntwortenUse the Lance perk. Lance increases the damage Nova Bomb does on top of the Nova Bomb base damage increase.

2 AntwortenIt just needs to create axion bolts on impact chasing anything left alive through map til they die then it should create nano mites to lay in wait and kill enemies on respawn. I don't think that's to much to ask lol

Im able to one shot the captains in Aksis with the nova bomb at 380 light. Didn't find any problems with it. Use lance or whatever that perk is called that increases its damage.

Putting it up to Celestial nighthawk level is too much. Nova Bomb is fine as is.
