Edit: Legendary engram dropped after I make a thread and rank up [spoiler]they're on to me[/spoiler] Since RoI dropped I have leveled my cryptarch rank up a few times, and it appears as though every time my rank up package is devoid of any legendary engrams. Yes I did think to check my mailbox.if it's only supposed to be a chance at the purps and I just have a run of bad luck then please let me know, this doesn't appear to be a widespread issue or at least a noticed one. All feedback is appreciated!
