No Backup Plans Not Working with Memory of Felwinter Artifact (2nd Melee Charge)
Bungie:
The No Backup Plans allows activation of Force Barrier if you have a Melee Charge. The Memory of Felwinter Artifact gives your Guardian 2 Melee Charges.
Issue:
1st Melee Charge - Force Barrier activates on Shotgun Kill with No BackUp Plans Equiped.
2nd Melee Charge - Force Barrier Does No activate on Shotgun Kill. Force Barrier only activates once the 1st Melee charge has Re-Charged.
Corrective Action:
Force Barrier must activate after a Shotgun Kill with No Backup Plans Equipped alongside the 1st and 2nd Melee Charges.
