Sign here if you didn't cheese omnigul for light.
Just wondering if anyone farmed high light with out using exploits. I'm not hating on those who did. Just curious.
Edit 1: I'm amazed to see all the replies.
Edit 2: It's nice to see that our community isn't as bad as so many believe. I appreciate the honesty of everyone who play this game, whether you used the exploits or grinded out their progress. As long as we all have fun is what counts.

No. Actually never had to farm it for a Grasp either - came back to Destiny at Christmas after a 3 month break and it was one of the first guns I got that looked interesting. Had no idea what it was but got a great roll too!

Couldn't. Started late so my friends were all up there in light and didn't want to help me grind in there for it. Pain. In. The. Ass. Grind. I absolutely hate grind. Any chance I get to accelerate the process I take. The game is great, don't get me wrong, but damn if trying to get anything to work with me in terms of loot isn't an issue I don't know what is

I'm amazed that this community to an extent considers replaying a strike that specifically functioned that way as a cheese. Get over it. It's an effective and easy way to raise light to make other things playable. Just because you played 10x more worth of time played in a separate play list doesn't mean it mitigates the fact that others didn't. Get over it.

That's just so boring I just ran heroic strikes to 365 I can't imagine farming only her for hours.

3 Antwortensign here if you're laughing at all the people bragging about getting to 365 without omnigul, knowing they had to grind 15x more than you did and there's no way it was more fun or fulfilling than grinding omnigul. I mean, beating the crap out of her with swords, while shooting the shit with your buddies. was pretty fun.Then being ready for the raid on day one. and being able to actually go through the raid before the youtubers and figure everything out on your own. Grinding strikes is no more challenging than slapping omnigul with swords, it's definitely not more satisfying. But being able to run through the raid with your group, then come back and help others, that was fun and satisfying.
