Buff Ruin Wings
I feel that the drop rate for heavy, when equipping the Ruin Wings, is not increased whatsoever. It's as if I'm not wearing them at all, or sometimes the drop rate seems worse.

I can't get them to work no matter what I do. Take them off, put them back on, rinse, repeat, kill stuff in between equipping and unequipping, nothing... I miss the Crota's end days.
